Everything was exactly as Eric described. A perfect place for two persons! The outside deck overlooking the city and hills. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking your own meals. There’s a Maxi Pali nearby for groceries and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There’s receptionists were extremely helpful upon arrival and departure. I felt very comfortable and taken care of by Eric’s communications. Very new, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well! I highly recommend Eric’s place to go exploring in San José or as a launch for elsewhere. Thank you, Eric!

It was easy to check in to Eric’s place. It had everything we needed and there is a cute coffee shop a couple doors down.

I live in the beach zone in Costa Rica but must visit San Jose occasionally for business, medical or enjoyment of city amenities. After living in Costa Rica for 7 years I discovered Rohmerser area to be the best. It has access to everything and unlike Escalante - no train noise! This was my first time in this unit and building (Cosmopolitan) but I would definitely come again and recommend to others. Exactly as shown, small but well appointed - perfect for myself and my partner for 3 nights. Responsive host, easy to get in and check out, beautiful amenities (swimming pool was relaxing and quiet) secure parking and absolutely closest to all the areas great restaurants , cafes and beautiful Parque de Peru. I had medical appointments in nearby Medicentro La Sabana. We walked to everything , which was a nice surprise because I didn’t have to take my car out of parking until we left. 10/10 recommend. we had a good experience staying at Erick's booking. the check in was super easy. the location is close to restaurants and stores, and of course LA Sabana Park. Erick was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a question.

Very complete apartment, just like the pictures, terrace with plenty of space to be comfortable watching the sunset. Fully recommended.
