Our stay was awesome in every way we look at it. Guillermo is a great host who was all always attentive. The place was even better than the pictures and it had great amenities.

Our group of four had an amazing time at Guillermo and Maria's beautiful property. The house is spacious with lots of outdoor places to lounge, the kitchen has everything you need, the pool is wonderful and the pizza oven and outdoor eating area is such a great bonus. We really enjoyed all the wildlife that visit the grounds too! The house is very convenient to Playa Avellenas (10 min drive) as well as Tamarindo for food supplies (25 mins). Lots of other beaches nearby too. We were lucky enough to be staying while Guillermo and Maria were in the country and having them nearby was such a help - their local recommendations (Manta restaurant) were very much appreciated. They also gave us a great tutorial on using the pizza oven. We highly recommend Guillermo and Maria's place. Such a special place and a special couple. Thanks to you both!

What an amazing house! It looks even better then on the pictures. We had such a lovely time here with our family. Guillermo and Maria made us feel right at home. The outdoor area is fantastic with the swimming pool, pickelball field, chickens walking around and bbq area. The kitchen is fully equipped with more than only the basic necessities available. I would recommend this house to anyone!! If we ever go back to Costa Rica, we will definitely come back!

The house is well-equipped and well laid out, and the amenities are excellent, but they need to improve the internet connection, since there is no good cell coverage in the area either.

This accommodation has everything you need to have a great time, it is very complete in kitchenware, the place is suitable to rest and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city, it has shops nearby to buy what you need and is close to some beaches. We loved it and the free-range chicken eggs and fruits that Don Guillermo shared with us is a great touch. Don Guillermo was always attentive to making sure we were okay and to any questions. We enjoyed the pool and the bbq space. The pizza oven was so much fun! Mauricio, the grounds keeper, was very kind, bringing us fresh fruits and eggs from the property and telling us about the various trees. We enjoyed seeing the chickens roam the property and hearing the rooster crow. We had an amazing, relaxing stay!

My family and I had a great time at this house. They have so much to offer. My kids enjoyed the pool, the space, the animals! We all enjoyed the BBQ area, the organic eggs from the chickens, we baked pizza and enjoy family dinners. Playa Blanca it’s not too far and we loved the beautiful beach. This place it’s so private and peaceful we will definitely go back!!

Guillermo and his wife Maria were amazing. Very friendly and were very respectful of our privacy. They are also on the property nearby if we needed them but you would never know. The house and pool were pristine and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic including the wood fired pizza oven. Their daughter Melanie was also incredibly helpful from the US. Make sure you request her pizza dough and cooking instructions. The property was very quiet and peaceful. For us, added value was the free range chickens with fresh eggs. My wife was in her glory! The groundskeeper also provided us with fresh fruit and honey too. We can’t say enough great things about the property and the hosts. We will be back next year! Pura Vida!

Excellent, spacious house, just like the descriptions, and very clean including the pool and the ranch. Don Guillermo always answered very kindly, quickly and God gave us recommendations of the place and things to do. Very close to the beaches, Avellanas, Negra and Lobster.

Beautiful place, with all amenities, lots of nature, privacy and ideal for families, the whole place, house, pool and BBQ area is in excellent maintenance and Guillermo is a very friendly host, he made us feel at home, I recommend it 👍
