Very beautiful home with views of not only the ocean but the lagoon. Fit my family of six very comfortably. We liked the location because it was at the end of the busy hotel zone. We had a rental car and everything was a close 10/15 drive. Pool was great for my younger kids; it is shallow. The beach was beautiful but had a lot of seaweed. It wasn’t a problem because there were other beaches near by that were much clearer. The construction mentioned was not bothersome at all.

The condo was beautiful and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool and beach access was perfect and we loved our walks on the beach. It is very nice to have a workout room on site and also easy access to the local bus, which is $1.00 per ride. We ate at several incredible restaurants that were a short bus or Uber ride. There is one hotel a few down to the south that you could walk to for drinks and food. The only negative was a lack of hot water for our showers. The water was at times warm but not hot, and a few times we had only cold water. We knew there would be construction next-door, but it was not too much of a problem. At times there would be some pounding for 15 to 20 minutes, but it definitely didn’t last all day and they never started too early.

Everything was excellent with the stay, everything is as shown, quiet area, we had a small blackout. With hot water, but there was a quick solution, in terms of cleanliness, space, location and safety everything has been excellent. The area is super quiet, 24-hour security, the host's service was totally fast. I appreciate the attention, I would return to this place in the future!

This was our second stay here and it was very subpar compared to the first. Beach has eroded away & is rocky. Washer and dryer weren’t working our entire stay. Home was very used looking- stains on furniture, linens, etc. WiFi was worse than last time and didn’t work in most of the home. Host took a long time to respond sometimes. Overall just not the same as last time we stayed. considering the price of the home on top of the construction next door, we expected better quality or a better deal. But for this price, stay somewhere else.

This was a beautiful Airbnb that we stayed at during our time in Cancun. Pictures look exactly like the place. Steps away from the private beach which was perfect. Everyone respectful of noise, felt very peaceful all around. It is at the end of the hotel strip so all your food options require a drive of about 15-20 minutes or you can Uber eats. There is an OXXO walking distance. Thank you, I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was immaculately clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfect, just a short drive from Oxxo, McDonald’s, and the Sorianos grocery store, where you can get everything you want. Our host was very responsive. We got to experience the sea turtle experience, which was amazing! The private security personnel are the best!
