The house was perfect for our family vacation. Loved the seclusion and privacy of the house. It was close to downtown, and had the most beautiful views. Jaime, the house manager, was the BEST! He had the best suggestions, and was always responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic place! Nice and clean and just as described. This place has it all. Pool, Hot tub, Surround sound throughout the house, Amazing views, well equipped kitchen. The design of this house is just amazing- All bedrooms open up to the pool and a long glass door opens up to connect the kitchen and living room to the patio which was excellent. Highly recommend this place. We were 4 guys on our yearly boys trip and loved it.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Pedregal is quiet and safe. Walking distance to town. The private beach is a plus with occasional fireworks and breathtaking sunsets. We absolutely loved our stay. Everything went exactly as planned and expected. We would definitely rent this home again.

It was a beautiful property and perfect for us, our kids, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law and our granddaughter! Jaime the house manager was amazing! Always available to help with anything we needed! He helped us find a chef that came to the house and prepared food for us and he also gave us great recommendations for excursions. It was super fun! The pool and views were perfect! The house is super close to downtown or San Jose Del Cabo is a quick drive for fun and great restaurants!

The house is gorgeous and as advertised. We stayed over Xmas. Our family was 5 adults, and a 2 & 4 year old. It was perfect for all of us. The shelf pool was good for toddlers. We mainly used the heated spa. Unfortunately, the heat pump would go out often. Jamie was very good about coming over to fix it. The electricity went out for several hours our last day. There were no flashlights! Kitchen is well stocked and we had a good supply of starter supplies. The house is difficult to find, especially in the dark! We had two addresses so that contributed to the confusion. One bonus is we could whale watch from the house! The private beach is beautiful but the waves are treacherous! No joke when they say No Swimming. We all would recommend this house.

The house was exactly as described. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful views and location was perfect. A 20 min walk downtown and a 5 min walk to the private beach. The host was amazing and he was very responsive to all our needs. We Loved our stay at Nido.

We stayed for one week for my daughters birthday. The house had everything we needed and more. The manager was available for everything promptly and the hosts were easy to communicate with. It was a wk derail location with a private beautiful beach. We didn’t realize there was thermos courts, and there were tennis rackets available to us. It was a relaxing week and even though we were all ages 21-62, everyone had a wonderful time. I would totally rent this villa again.

This place was amazing! The check in process was easy. The house manager was there waiting when we arrived, with the groceries we requested he picked up. The host was great to communicate with and super responsive! The house is very well maintained, almost new everything. A great sound system throughout the house, meant for entertaining. Ice machine, washing machine, coffee machine, blender, dishes, the list goes on. The beds were super comfortable. I also want to note that we were a group of 8 women and felt safe the entire time. The area is gated and very private. It is a 25 minute walk to town with many hills, but getting a driver was easy enough. The view is amazing from the pool and patios. We would stay again and highly recommend this place!

Amazing place in a very central location, literally 15 mins drive from majority of our excursions. The view is to die forrr!! Love it!
