The place is not really designed for people who work from home. The Wi-Fi doesn't work and there is no phone network on the property, so it's very difficult to have Internet access. For the cost of the house, there are better properties. I think the price is too high for the amenities at the rancho. The rooms had dirty bathrooms. The shower was basic and didn't work well. The tables were dirty with grease. The pool was very dirty. There was dog excrement on the grass and nobody cleaned it up. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired at the place. I think the price is too high for the amenities offered in the house.

We are very sorry to hear your feedback. We really did everything in our power to help you with the internet. However, it was the fiber optic from @claroelsalvador that had gone down that weekend. As for the issue of cleanliness, I consider it more of a cause for their dissatisfaction that they rated us Poor. I don't know how to affect us on the platform, but 95% of the comments are positive.

Very good ranch, super central, no bad or hidden streets, and the gentleman who welcomed us was super friendly and attentive to our needs. A very spacious place and definitely a very good place to have a good time with friends or family.

The place is very spacious and has a very large swimming pool; the common areas are quite large and well laid out. The rooms have air conditioning and enough beds. My only suggestion is that you provide body soap and dishwashing soap. Otherwise, the stay, the weather, and the place were very pleasant and highly recommended.

The place is very good, the area is very quiet, and the place is excellent for enjoying yourself. Just keep in mind that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Also, the refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling, but they connected us to another one they had on the property. The person who welcomed us was very friendly, and the support they provided was excellent.

Excellent experience at this beach ranch The place has a pool and four very comfortable rooms, perfect for enjoying with family or friends. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Special thanks to Don Rafael, the caretaker, who was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Definitely a place to go back to very soon. Highly recommended!

The house is wonderful, comfortable, and spacious, equipped with everything you need, and they were happy to help us with recommendations for the area. Communication with the hosts is excellent and considerate. The place is beautiful and has everything you need for an incredible stay.

Our stay was good in parts. The gentleman who checked us in was very attentive, and the host responds quickly. However, there were some issues that affected our experience. The pool was dirty from the time we arrived; we were told it was due to the rain and then to a filter. Later, they vacuumed it again, and it became acceptable. The rooms do not have a TV, although this was not stated in the listing, but for the information of others. The TV they advertised in the living room wasn't there; they gave us a small one, and later that night, they gave us the big one. In addition, the rooms did not have basic items such as shampoo or soap, which we consider important in a listing of this type. Overall, the place is fine and has potential, but we feel that the maintenance and attention to detail could be improved to provide a better experience. We hope you will take this into account. Also, the terrace area could use some fans, as it does get hot.

A very nice and comfortable place to enjoy as a family with different spaces to spend time together and very comfortable rooms. Recommended and I would gladly come back, they also accept our pets.

Definitely a very spacious and beautiful ranch, the gentleman who helped us in the house was always attentive. The photos do match the place, easy to get to and they have very nice space to relax.
