Overall, a good place to stay a night or two, very simple and small apartment. The use of the elevator and the car parking access cards was extremely confusing, as was the numeric code to enter the apartment. The rooftop pictures from the website looked very different from the actual site. With regards to the communication, it seemed impersonal and bot-like, with no human on the other side. The property's last message was a warning to vacate the premises promptly at checkout; if not, they would charge an extra fee.

Regarding communication, we want to clarify that at no time was there a delay in our responses, since during your stay we had no interaction in the chat that required attention. The messages you received were automatic messages that we send to all our guests as reminders and guidance during their stay, making sure they are clear and useful. As for the check-out message, this is also an automatic and friendly reminder about the check-out time. The notice about possible additional charges exists because our cleaning team works on a scheduled basis and we need to have the apartment available at the agreed time. Thank you for your feedback. Recommended and approved by my wife and kids. We loved the accommodations like The roof top pool, pool table and even a huge Jenga game while admiring the view from the 24th floor. Just go you will love it. Saez Family

Good central location just a short uber ride away from the hustle and bustle of Central San Jose. Awesome rooftop infinity pool and spa. Clean, private apartment, has an interesting automatic parking tower if you have a car that works absolutely fine!

THE CONDOMINIUM WAS VERY NICE; EVERYTHING WAS TIDY AND WELL LOCATED, BUT THE PARKING SPACE IS ONLY FOR VERY SMALL VEHICLES. ALSO, IT TOOK THEM TOO LONG TO RESPOND. MY WIFE COULDN'T FIND THE PLACE, SO I MESSAGED THE HOST TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP HER LOCATE IT, BUT THEY NEVER RESPONDED.

It was too expensive for what they presented. A balcony with a big aircocompressor on it. You could not stand or sit. The water pressure in the shower were so low that a shower took forever. We used water bottles to get some splash. My husband had to take out hair from the bathroom because the water was not running. Very noisy place. The airconditionars leaking heavy we had to put buckets. This we reported but was at the end of our stay. The entertainment area was often used by weekenders with big parties, lots of people. By monday everyone was gone, but we had no chance to be up there in the weekends. We asked the reception about it and they were vague about it telling us they were guest staying there. But later acknowledge our suspesion. Because of the bedroomwindow not closing well, the noise from the street was worse. They sent someone but he could not fix it. There was no toaster or electric water kettle as decribed in the amenities. The sofa is ready for replacement.
