1.Location clean and equipped with necessities. 2.- Flexible access control. 3.- Location 25 minutes from allbrook in metro and 40 minutes in taxi. 4.- Location 5 minutes away from the subway station. (Parada El Ingenio) 5.- On the ground floor you have a place that sell all the products, less pharma. 6.- The pool never let us in, it was always in mtto. 7.- They have 3 bedrooms, 3-seater master bed room with bathroom included and an air in bad condition that has not been replaced more than 1 year ago for their conditions. 8.- Room 2, has TV in poor condition, air and fan in good order. 9.- Room 3, has air and tv in good order. 10.- Living room with tv in good condition and furniture in bad condition. 11.- GYM in good condition, with an area of 15 m2, with complex access. 12.- Terrace of the building in mtto. 13.- Equipped kitchen, a toaster is missing. 14.- Dining room with the basics. 15.- Bathrooms, clean but missing the water filters from the shower in the toilet.

Gracias por sus puntos de vista. si me hubiera escrito directo a mí WhatsApp rápido y no tan lentas sus respuestas se le hubiera dado indicaciones. de como prender el tv ya que el que usted reporta como dañado si funciona....le informe que el aire lo iban a reparar y no me dio repuesta.

The place has potential; it's quite nice. There are things to improve in terms of communication with those who are staying with. Upon arrival, we ran into a damaged air conditioner (this without prior notice), wifi passwords that did not correspond to the network, etc. The accommodation is good but I left with a bad impression of the host.

Lamanto lo del aire el Huesped anterior daño la unidad, porque lo prendia y dejaba la ventana abierta...La mayoria de jovenes que alquilan por solo una noche van a usar es la sala y todo lo que el apto ofrece para hacer fiesta...rara vez duermen...pido disculpas y espero que para su proxima estancia de un airbnb le valla mejor.

I am so happy that I found Emely through Airbnb. His apartment was really comfort, clean, and practical with a nice view of the city. The apartment is also close to public transportation. I can not wait to book another trip to Panama and stay with Emely. Highly recommended !! Thank you again Emely.

The apartment was very comfortableThere was plenty of cookware available which was a big plus because we cooked most of our meals. Panama City in general is loud sowhen the windows are open it gets noisy so be prepared. The train station was 1 block away and it was easy to get an Uber. I would definitely stay at Emily's place again.

With the heat in Panama it was not working, the main attached air of the apartment did not work and when they went to repair it, they said that it is not possible because it is not useful and they must change it. We spent the whole week on the air and 2 days without internet because it didn't work either:(

cada habitacion tenia aire en perfectas condiciones, que halla pasado eso en el aire de la sala, el ultimo dia que estuvo en el apto son cosas que suelen pasar y se nos escapa de las manos, no se podia cambiar un aire teniendo un huesped en el apto. ya compramos un aire nuevo. la señora hizo una reserva falsa poniendo una sola persona y eran 4 personas, los cuales quedo clara evidencia que usaron todo el apto a perfeccion, dejaron basura y no le pusieron bolsa a la papelera de la cocina y la dejaron super sucia y llena de gusanos tengo foto de esos gusanos...por dejar basura organica sin botar el apto agarro mal olor.

Emily's place was beautiful and truly comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The internet was great. The kitchen was well equipped. However, the only inconvenience we had was that we couldn't cook effectively. The stove was a gas stove, and unfortunately, the weeks we were scheduled to stay there, the building was doing gas maintenance. As a result, the stove nor the dryer weren't accessible because both relied on gas. The good part was that Emily tried her best to accommodate by providing an electric burner, which was very helpful. Overall, I would recommend Emily apartment!

Gracias por su recomendacion, ya gracias a Dios ya ese mantenimiento que estaba haciendo el edificio a las tuberias de gas es para que el edificio este seguro y libre de catastrofes, es que en panama han pasado trajedias en edificios donde no toman medidas de seguridad correctas, pero gracias a Dios mi apto esta en un edificio donde el mantenimiento de las areas y de todo lo que tenga que ver con seguridad es de primera calidad. ya el apto esta con gas...y eso no volvera a pasar sino en dos años...pues cada dos años los bomberos hacen esas impeciones a todos los edificios de Panama.

My family and I stayed for roughly 60 days. The building amenities were nice (swimming pool, gym, sitting room with beautiful view of the city on the 20th floor) as were the people who secured (24/7) and upkeep the building. It's conveniently located between two train stops and grocery stores are near by. Overall, we had a good experience.

buenos días, el manual estaba si mas lo recuerdo en la ultima gaveta. sino, también podía poner el nombre del horno en YouTube y tomar un tutorial ahora la mayoría de los artefactos tienen su manual en youtobe. lo del esprimidor con solo lavarlo en el fregadero se solucionaba. ya que nadie de los que han estado ahí lo habían usado y quizás por eso tenia polvo. lo tomare en cuenta para dejarlo limpio dentro de un gabinete.

I loved every single thing about the Airbnb. The rooms were spacious. It was very clean and it smelled clean throughout. Very centrally located and very secure. Would stay there again.

This apartment is excellent value! It is clean and comfortably decorated, with a great view of the city. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay., especially the kitchen, which was very well stocked with pots, pans, tools, and dishes. Also, having a wash machine and dryer in the apartment was very convenient! As a bonus, the children really enjoyed the swimming pool. We appreciated Emely’s quick response to questions, and flexibility that allowed a large family like ours to stay at a reasonable rate. Thank you! We highly recommend!

the apartment is very comfortable, the beds, the pillows, everything in general. The WiFi both in the apartment and in the sky lounge was good, which allowed us all to work without problem. Emely allowed us to enter the apartment before the time, which I really appreciate. As for the location, there are no restaurants or anything nearby to walk around, however there are two metro stations nearby. to improve to leave more kitchen utensils such as a frying pan for eggs and a pitcher to heat liquids.

EMELY’s PLACE WAS GREAT. The size, Location was in the middle of everything. Near by driving distance. Very spacious for a family. It was more than 4 of us. And sadly I had to leave early because I didn’t want to leave her place. I began to get comfortable like it was my home. I will definitely come back here again when my family return in November

I loved the attention and communication with the host. The apartment had everything you need and so on for the needs of a tourist. Comfortable, spacious and modern place. Excellent location. He offered us shuttle services and the attention was personalized. Thanks to Anthony for his hospitality

Very accommodating host, I was to work from this location and needed another screen which the host obliged with my request. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures, very accurate listing with great views of downtown and located in a very good place in the city. The apartment has a lot of board games, its got a nice king bed, a very good kitchen and the bathrooms are very nice looking. Overall this is a great place with all the amenities, they have taken the extra mile to outfit the fridge with drinks and other necessities in case anyone wants to buy extra things.

Excellent! I think the apartment has more benefits than what the post mentions. It has clothes dryer, air conditioning in each room, we were very cool, it has hot water, kitchen and cleaning water, kitchen and cleaning implements both in the bathroom and in the bathroom, and in the kitchen, an iron with clothes, a nice view, very good security!. Emely was very attentive and knew that our flight arrived earlier than check-in time and we were already thinking about waiting, but we received a message from her telling us that we could check in earlier, always attentive and willing to help us with everything. There's usually congestion in the industry, so you don't have to go out during rush hour. Very nice apartment, exactly as shown in the photos, the pool is safe too, well kept and they have a well-stocked minimarket here in the Tower.
