Amazing

Beautiful place exactly as described we were a group of nine. My grandkids enjoyed the swimming pool. Great location, convenient to everything.

We loved everything! The apartment was absolutely perfect for a group of 10. The location is ideal; the pool is really nice.

This was such a beautiful Condo. Our bed was comfy and the couch was great to lounge around on after a day at the beach. The location was amazing with everything you need just a short walk, even the grocery store. Barbara and Emeliono were super at giving recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. The patio by the pool was peaceful to drink coffee on in early mornings and relax beside before heading out to 5th Avenue.

Barbara’s place was wonderful! The apartment is exactly as pictured and centrally located, super easy to get to 5th Ave, beach, restaurants in playa. The unit itself is great for large or multiple families, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and super functional. Barbara was wonderful to work with and we had a wonderful stay. If I had to be super nitpicky I’d say the pool doesn’t get too much sun so it was a little cold but the convenience of having it accessible from the living and dining room was amazing. All around 5 stars!! Thank you Barbara!!!

The place is very well-located and it looks exactly like the photos — modern, clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy, especially with a large supermarket right across the street. It has the perfect layout for two families to share comfortably.

Excellent choice in Playa del Carmen for large groups. The location is unbeatable, close to everything: beaches, restaurants and activities. Direct access to the pool from the living room was a big plus, ideal for relaxing. Each room has air conditioning, which was perfect for the heat. In addition, it has a space that is ideal for children, with games and tables for them to have fun. The house is just as seen in the photos, which builds trust. Access with a password, which provides security and allows each member of the group to leave and enter freely. The cleanliness was excellent, making our stay very pleasant. Definitely an excellent choice to enjoy Playa del Carmen with family or friends. Recommended!

Best place in PDC probably. I stayed in a few places in the area and this one exceeded others by far. Good air circulation, noise was controlled, abundant hot water. Look no further

We loved our stay here. As many have said, the pool access is clutch, especially if you have littles. We were traveling with our 11 year old, and she spent most of her time at the apartment in the pool. The location is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, ferry, and stores. There are also a couple grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and we felt safe. Two things to note: bring/buy supplies— there was 1 tiny bottle of dish soap, no laundry detergent, and in the bathroom 1 travel bottle of shampoo and bar of soap. Also, during our we had an issue with the patio door lock. We reported it to our lovely concierge, Bernardo. That being said, we would absolutely stay here again. We loved it so much, we extended our trip!

This was our second stay at Barbara's place and it was great. Lovely condo in a great block in an excellent location. Highly recommended
