This is my third visit to this condo and it has been better every time. We arrived the day after a major rain storm and somehow they still managed to do the pre stock and car was on time at the pickup. I love the sunrise on the terrace...every morning! I had a lot of logistical challenges on this trip and Jess and Rodolfo could not have been more helpful, thoughtful and understanding. They also gave us a recommendation for a sunrise cruise that was posititively a dream. Highly recommend!

Paul’s condo was the perfect home base for our Cabo getaway. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully furnished, and stocked with all the listed amenities. We especially loved having access to two pools and a shared gym that had everything we needed to stay active during our trip. The location is stunning—perched on the side of a mountain with breathtaking views overlooking downtown Cabo. It’s walkable to the city center, though be prepared for a bit of a workout on the way back up! We found it easy to walk down and grab an Uber back most evenings. The area felt very safe, and the condo itself was peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be returning to Paul’s place next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

What a lovely condo! Clean, roomy, well-equipped, beautiful view! I dealt with Paul and he was always very responsive. There were a couple of minor things (i.e., one AC unit leaked) that were taken care of right away. I would definitely come back and rent this unit! The security gate was very careful about letting people in and out. The only thing I can say about that is it was hard to communicate with the gate at times as they mainly spoke Spanish and we only speak English. So be aware of that if you are only an English speaker. All in all a wonderful visit and a beautiful place to stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean and safe property

Absolutely loved our stay! Paul’s place offered stunning sunrise views and a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living. Set in a prestigious, private, and quiet neighborhood, it felt like a true escape. We had access to two beautiful pools, a well-equipped gym, and a serene private beach. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a fantastic stay here, really great views and friendly host. I only stay in El Pedregal when I come to Cabo and this has been one of the best experiences yet! Recommend

Paul’s place was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would require for a great stay. The view of Cabo is great from the balcony especially at night when fireworks are going off along Medano beach. We even used the communal BBQ area for a steak and shrimp dinner one night which was great! Having a parking spot available was also a big plus for us as we had a rental car for our one week stay. Would definitely stay in Paul’s place again!

Pauls place was absolutely beautiful and a great location overlooking downtown Cabo San Lucas. The Pedregal neighborhood is safe, easy to walk around, and many good restaurants within the neighborhood. Paul was responsive and professional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to visit again soon.

This is our 8th visit to Cabo but our 1st stay at Paul's beautiful condo! All the reviews you have read about this gorgeous slice of heaven are true. My hubby and I are in pretty good shape, and the climb up the hill was not really all that bad. Some busy days we walked down/up three times a day! If you are looking to get in good shape and tighten your buns this is where you want to stay for sure. Or just take a cab, which we did on a couple occasions when we were feeling lazy...or had one too many cervezas. :) We liked that there was a water filter system in the kitchen sink - and in one sink of the master bathroom (which we used to brush our teeth). We tended to hang at the smaller pool that the condo overlooks. The sun was very hot so we really only laid out for 45 minutes to an hour every day. More than enough to get a tan! And it was so quiet and peaceful with the lovely infinity pool sounds. You will love staying here. Excellent experience! Gracias, Paul! ❣️

We had a great stay. The view is amazing at night and day, the neighborhood is quiet, and the condo is clean and well-maintained. It is best to have a car, but you can walk to the downtown within 20 min. The hardest part could be returning back to the condo as you will have to climb to a fairly high elevation. There are two pools that you can use. A smaller one right below the balcony. Another, bigger one, is located in the adjacent building. There is also a gym right next to the bigger pool. The gym is basic: a couple of cardio machines, an all-in-one Smith machine, and some lighter dumbbells. A great thing that was available in the gated community was tennis and pickleball court rentals. The rental is free, but you have to pay for the balls and rackets. The pickleball set for four was $30 per session. There is a private beach in the community, that looks nice, but it is not swimmable because of the currents. Paul responded quickly and was very accommodating.

This condo was gorgeous and so much bigger than it appears in the photos. We loved the layout and the furniture was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Sunrise views from our bed were incredible. I love our stay jn Pedregal, and this place made it perfect. I would highly recommend this place, and plan to stay here again!

Paul’s place was awesome. Everything was spot on in the description. The pictures were actuate except for the view, it’s even better in person. Breathtaking views being above the city. He was very accommodating when it came time for check in as well. We were actually in sooner than expected and we were able to check in a bit sooner to get situated. I would most definitely recommend Paul’s place and would stay again.

Loved Paul’s condo!! The views are to die for. The photos don’t do them justice. Pedregal is also a prime neighborhood and well located. We rented a car because we didn’t want to pay for the airport transportation and also not have to walk up the hills to get to the condo but we did do it once and it can be done. We will surely rebook this place. It was our 5th time in cabo this year and it was our favorite airbnb. Paul is also a great host, he answers quickly.
