Condo was great. Off season but still well maintained. Would go back again

We stayed comfortably here for a week. You have the beach all to yourself and the apartment was equipped with all you could need. A great sunset view from the patio.

We had a very pleasant, private, and relaxing family stay. The place met our expectations, and the host was flexible with both check-in and check-out. It was safe, cozy, and quiet.

We loved this property. It’s not brand new but it’s very comfortable, well appointed, and has amazing views of the ocean, sunset, and the pool from the covered deck. There are plenty of excellent restaurants a short drive up the road as well as a small well stocked grocery. You can practically have the huge beach to yourself, the surf is suitable for body boarding, and larger waves are 5 minute drive away for surfers. Just an idyllic, quiet and peaceful place to relax. Highly recommended.

A very well supplied unit. Everything was well cared for and exactly as advertised. The location was amazing - quiet, beautiful and very peaceful. The pool was a highlight! Vi and on-site manager very helpful and friendly.

An amazing spot! The beach, the Pool, the deck. You can't go wrong with any of them. A small, quiet complex & a well stocked unit, comfy beds, lots of space. I would definitely stay here again.

One word to describe Vi’s place is WOW. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals, the condo is lovely and spacious, with a magnificent view of the ocean, total tranquility on the beach and around the pool. Friendly and helpful assistance from Vi’s property manager. We will be back !!!

Beautiful place to get away from crowds and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Our stay was very enjoyable, got to see turtles in Junquillal and drove to multiple beaches nearby. The place has a great view to the ocean and well equipped, definitely would go back!

The condo was everything you need, it is upstairs with a wonderful view from the porch, the interior was very clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again

Pictures do not do this place justice. Amazing time. Quiet and peaceful, most of the time we had the place to ourselves.

The Condo, and Las Brisas Del Mar in general, exuded our expectations. One of the best equipped AirBNB we have stayed in. The community at Las Brisas was very welcoming and friendly. We had our entire family with us, and kids and grandkids really enjoyed our week. The beach is wonderful with plenty of wildlife to see in the tide pools right out front. Would welcome this place as a family friendly place.

Our stay was over and above our expectations. A beautiful condo, well kept and equipped with everything imaginable. The balcony was one of our favourites with a stunning sunrise/sunset. Great for walking on the beach every AM. We also enjoyed the pool and meeting some of the folks that live there, very friendly and welcoming! Our best stay of our whole trip. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

What a wonderful, spacious condo with a huge balcony and fantastic views of the beach - sunsets are postcard gorgeous! Beach is steps away from the pristine pool. Host/property manager were quick to address our uninvited ants (it’s the tropics but I still don’t want them visiting!) Junquillal is a great place for peace and quiet.
