This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in all my travels. Gisela is a dream hostess and the loft truly feels like a home away from home. Terrific book selection, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, functional, safe. A must when visiting Guatemala City.

This was my absolute favorite Airbnb of all my travels (26 countries thus far). Every detail of Gisela’s place was thoughtful and intentional. I appreciated the creative touches and minimalist design yet having everything one could need at the same time. Opening the sliding doors for nice breezes was sublime, especially during a good read. The surrounding area is nice also, and a short walk (~15 mins) takes you to an opulent and contemporary colonial Spanish entertainment/dining area named Ciudad Cayalá that includes a very nice grocery store (La Torre). I would definitely return to Guate City just to stay in Gisela’s listing, it’s that awesome. So please go ahead and book for your next stay. Great place To stay in guatemala especially if you need to be around this area of the city. The flat was lovely! Felt at home. Great distribution, internet connection and has all you need. Furthermore it really felt like the host picked up everything as if it was for herself - very different from other Airbnb flats that feel like the minimum is bought to mee the criteria. Gisela Marie's place is beautifully appointed and in a quiet residential area. The loft is spotless and has all the amenities you would need for a great stay. The apartment is walking distance from Ciudad Cayala shopping center where you can find many great dining options. I would highly recommend Gisela's place!

Excellent accommodation, comfortable, clean as seen in the photo. Beautiful view, cool. In the mornings you can hear the birds singing while you take in the beautiful scenery

Gisela’s plate is amazing! The view of the volcano that we hiked for our anniversary was amazing! The place itself is peaceful and sun lit kisses heaven. I left my AirPods there and Gisela kept in contact with me till they were shipped back and received! 10/10 for the entire experience and home!

Very nice place and they keep it in excellent condition. A very nice view of the volcanoes and a very good location.

The location was excellent, conveniently close to restaurants and shops. We felt safe and would definitely recommend staying here.
