Place has an amazing view. Beautiful tall windows. Great sitting places with tv’s to watch movies. You have Starbucks, Pollo Campero and Pollo Campestre and a grocery store at 5 minute walking distance which is great. Couple things to note: the beach is mainly rocks with very powerful waves, more fitting for surfers, not so much for families with kids. Front room glass door facing the beach gate didn’t lock, hosts said they would fix it during our stay, they never did. Water at the AirBnB gets cut off at random times, we had to ask host to reopen the water a couple times, bit unusual but nothing crazy. Host also examined the Airbnb on our last day, while we were still in there, 2 hours before checkout time, unusual, but I guess not crazy. Another heads up: they have two dogs on the property at all times that do their business wherever, but they clean it up eventually. Other than that, the place was a good location to spend a couple days.

Angie's place is as pictured right on the ocean where there is a great surf break. I loved listening to the waves every night and all the windows have beautiful views. The pool was a bit smaller than expected and there was no sand even at low tide at the time of year we went, which would be fine for a group of adults/surfers but not the best for families with young kids.

First and foremost Angie was an excellent host as well as Vicky and Nelson and there family. The place was amazing, very spacious and private. My parents and I felt right at home, especially with the home cooking Vicky provided. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a relaxing time on the beautiful beaches of El Salvador.

Amazing stay! Can’t beat the location and the house was clean and comfortable. Shopping center with food and groceries right around the corner. Nelson was very friendly and helpful.

It was a good stay. The house was well maintained, it had some details but nothing out of the ordinary. The "landlords" who live on the property were very friendly and helpful. Angie always answered and was very nice. The only thing is that the house does not have furniture such as a table, chairs, etc., nor utensils for 10 people (let alone 18). We had to improvise where to sit and we could never eat the whole group together. The house is not comfortable if your plan is to cook and stay in the house a lot. Some showers work with very little pressure and the shower in the outside room is only cold water

It was our second time here. Wonderful location and the caretakers are the best. We enjoyed our first visit and this visit was the same.

Great location! Our group walked to and from El Encuentro shopping center multiple times. 10 minute drive to el tunco beach. The home care takers Nelson and Vickie were amazing!

Everything at the house was perfect. Great layout, inside and out, with a perfect ocean breeze. Everything we needed from groceries to restaurants to shops all within walking distance. I heard all about El Salvador good breaks. Had planned to visit a few, but the waves out front and a couple of 100 yards down the beach kept me more than stoked for days. Chest to head at the beach break, and a nice waist high barrel coming of the point. All at the same time. Maybe a few friendly locals, but no crowds. Nelson, the caretaker, is by far the coolest dude around. Will surely be visiting again.

Angie's place was amazing! The pictures are beautiful but it still doesn't compare to how it really looks in person. The moment you step into the Home you have breath taking views of the beautiful Pacific, the waves, the sun. Just beautiful. Then you have the on-site staff, Nelson and his wife were lovely, gentle souls. Their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience, was priceless. Great rental experience!

This home was very nice with great views. Grounds keeper was very helpful. Definitely a surfers paradise. My family and I enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing and peaceful.

Had the best stay here. House is perfect, and the views are incredible. The staff that live on site are amazing, so kind and friendly. We will miss it, and will most definitely be back soon.

The place is all you could ask for. Beaches where not to crowded especially during El Salvador's Holy week vacation time. If your from the states, you'll find comfort in the shopping center that is in walkable distance. There is grocery store and American fast food for quick meals for needy kids. The best part of this location is the hosts and their family. They were kind and attentive. If you are a family with kid's, want a beautiful location with lots of amenities, you should definitely book this place.
