Very wonderful stay. Pedro was very helpful and responded very quickly when we needed help finding the Airbnb. The house was perfect for my family and I. Lovely place.

A lovely place to stay for a few nights. Gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and cloud forests. Very private location yet close to restaurants (4x4 required and a 10-minute drive), beautiful terrace and tasteful interior, many birds and proboscis monkeys seen from the balcony. We enjoyed the house and the nice restaurants of Hotel Belmar and San Luca Treetop.

We had a great time in Pedro's charming cottage. Beautiful location with a spectacular view and all kinds of comforts inside. Recommended 🤙🏻

Great place to stay

We loved the stay for 2 nights; I recommend if you enjoy a cottage in nature!

We were impressed by Pedro’s home. We enjoyed taking in the views of the surrounding cloud forest and Gulf of Nicoya. We were only in Monteverde for a couple nights so we wished we had spent more time in the space. The design of the house is truly a work of art. The free standing tub and all the furnishings felt very luxurious and relaxing. As others have mentioned the drive can be challenging at night but luckily we had a 4x4 that made it much more doable. We also enjoyed dinner and drinks at Hotel Belmar just a few minutes away. Not far from many activities in Monteverde. A truly special place and would gladly return someday.

We loved this cottage. The view is unbeatable. The area is quiet and private. The furniture and amenities were all great. We heard howler monkeys at night. It’s close to the Hotel Belmar for food and drinks, though you will probably need a 4WD to get to the house from the road. We’d highly recommend staying here. It was a welcome respite between larger resorts for our family.

Wow, what a beautiful space to spend time in. The house was incredible, with everything set up to emphasize the amazing view of the jungle and mountains, all the way to the ocean/gulf. We only had a couple of days here (too few), but it was a good reset between the other stops on our trip. Pedro provided very detailed descriptions on how to find the house, and even still you keep wondering if you're still going the right way. I definitely wouldn't want to try and find the house in the dark. But once we did it once, it was a piece of cake after that. And it was absolutely worth it to get such a secluded place with that view!

Wow. This place did not disappoint. What a wonderful place. Even in the rainy season we had spectacular views. An amazingly tranquil space! Would recommend an SUV if you are driving there. The roads to Monteverde are interesting, plus the final journey to the place is also on an unmade road. If I were to ever come back to Monteverde I would love to book this again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This space was beautiful and perfect for 4 people. We stayed two nights and enjoyed watching the sunset, and keeping an eye out for wildlife here.

Pedro was attentive and warm from the start, giving recommendations and responding very quickly. A great host. The location is ideal, just a 5/10 minute drive from many tourist attractions and the center of town. The cabin is spectacular. Everything is of excellent quality and standard. Incredible home with breathtaking views!! The home is beautiful with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and huge windows overlooking the cloud forest. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the hammock netting off the primary bedroom was perfect. We loved our stay in Monteverde!!

Location was amazing, but I would recommend a 4WD vehicle (which we had.) Follow the signs for the Dance Farm. View can't be beat, and we loved the surrounding wildlife. We had a motmot visitor every day, and could hear howler monkeys in the mornings from the back deck. Saw an agouti and very large coyote in the driveway! Great proximity to activities. Soaking in the tub was a wonderful way to relax after a jam packed day of sightseeing.
