Wonderful stay with an excellent host. Miramar offers a variety of surf breaks with a warm and welcoming community.

I stayed here for a month with William. He was very friendly and showed me around the area, and was always happy to set me up with activities. The town is small, friendly, and peaceful. Grocery store and restaurant right next door with local items, and a few other places in walking distance. Waves are great and right out front, and there’s plenty more in the surrounding area. House has good AC and decent enough internet for remote work. If you surf, make sure to bring some equipment for the local kids if you can spare it. Great trip, and I’ll be back soon!

Great low key place to get away from the crowds. Will was a great host. Always there when you needed anything. Hope to visit again when we come back!

The bungalow is cozy and provides easy access to the beach, the host was very kind.

William place was awesome. Just keep in mind the restroom and shower are in the building next door but no big deal. The neighbor's dog likes to bark at night which is no fault to William. Having a rental car is recommended, but there's a store next door for snacks, drinks, and supplies. I would stay here again,

The casita is extremely comfortable and in such a beautiful location. Also, I was able to do my virtual classes with no problems thanks to the wifi. What stands out is how accommodating and kind both Christian and his dad Rick are. I had an issue with my ear where I had to go see a doctor and they both helped me so much to find and go get treatment. They both went above and beyond to help me have the best time in Nicaragua. Thank you both so much and I highly recommend booking this Airbnb.

We loved staying here, such a perfect spot for us with the surf break right next to us! The house was perfect for us, we loved having a TV as well as a nice kitchen to cook in! The wifi worked really well too! The bathroom and shower worked well for us we did not mind it being outside it was actually nice with the privacy! Lovely outside area with view of the surf break/water and staircase down to the beach! The surf worked well almost every day even though we missed the swell, still got some nice smaller waves! The restaurant close to the house was awesome, really nice food! The grocery shop was right next to us as well, wich was really nice! Christian and his dad were lovely hosts, always available to help out and answer any questions/needs!

Christian and his dad Rick are extremely kind, good people. We stayed for a month, Christian even taking time out to drive us to a larger supermarket in a nearby town as we didn’t have a car. He even bought us lunch! It’s a great place, in a great location next to the local shop which has basic groceries and general supplies. We both worked full time and the WiFi was fast and stable, making calls to the UK regularly. There are very occasional power cuts but that is just Nicaragua and they lasted no more than an hour or two. Can’t recommend it enough, they always checked we had what we needed and sorted anything that arose quickly. Great waves and a relaxed, local place that is perfect for surfing and getting some work done 👍.
