Great price. My only hesitation with this location is the train that starts at 445 am. Makes it difficult to sleep.

Great place to start your trip in Costa Rica. In the middle of Barrio Escalante so you cab walk to many great restaurants and an absolutely amazing view from the 27th floor.

The place was fine, but we rented it for 5 people (allowed by the place), and the sofa bed for the fifth person didn't have a pillow. Also, the kitchen was too incomplete. It's not designed for someone who wants to eat there. There were 5 of us, and there was only 1 glass and 1 cup. The bathroom was very well stocked (towels, shampoo, soap, etc.) At night the street is very noisy (even on the 27th floor), but if you close the windows you can't hear anything, but there's not as much air circulating. I recommend it if you're staying a few nights

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment block. Great location, easy check in, great places to eat close by, easy walk into the city. Now the ares of consideration; bring ear plugs as Tram horn blasted all the time from 5am -midnight. If you’re looking to sleep you’ll need ear plugs. This Apartment was dusty, no air con. We booked for 5 to stay and got bedding for 4, same as towels only for 4 people. Black out blind in main living area did not work, so for 5th guest on the sofa bed it was hot, noisy, no bedding, no fan, no towel & no bedding. Kitchen area; crockery, cutlery, glasses & cups apartment only supplied for one person. Not helpful. Also No tea towels, dirty worn out sponge supplied to clean kitchen. No complimentary coffee supplied which is what another apartment in same building provided. Whilst I would stay in this apartment block again, I would not book to stay on floor 27 in this one unless they addressed all the points above.

Excellent place, nice views, very nice open spaces in the building to enjoy and take beautiful photos. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, with very comfortable beds. It's very clean, with a good view from both the rooms and the balcony. The only thing that's missing is a few more kitchen utensils 🧑🍳 and the door to the storage room inside the apartment needs to be repaired. Other than that, everything is spectacular.

Writing We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very nice, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent, and we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. In addition, the value for money is very good. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
