Thanks, Daranee, for a lovely stay! She was always very responsive if there was any problem or to help us. The house is nice, but it needs maintenance. It’s not very clean, and many of the amenities are old or partially damaged.

The house is just like the photos, it's quite spacious. Good room layout, exteriors, and spectacular design. The only thing that needs to be improved is the kitchen, some utensils and dishes are missing and there weren't enough for all the guests or they are a bit old for such a nice house. We had some issues with a lack of electricity and water one day during the stay, this is not a direct problem of our host but she was very friendly and was attentive to the details and the repair of the incident, she is very attentive 🙏🏼 Overall, everything was very good 🏖️

Everything in general is quite good; the host Daranee is always very attentive to questions or anything. The pool is quite large as well as the garden, however, we consider that certain arrangements are needed (painting for example) but nothing that prevents you from having a good time. Hot water at all times, shops nearby, a large avenue where there are quite a few places to eat, very central in general. We deeply appreciate the attention we receive, as the guards of the private are super friendly, the gardener and the person who cleans the pool, all very respectful. Definitely our first choice when we return to Cancun

Everything was very good, the best thing was the service and excellent communication. The house is very spacious, lots of light from the large windows, and very cool despite that The 3 rooms are a good size with a full bathroom each, the jacuzzi in the main room is a plus! The location is very good, with easy access and close to everything you need. We only had a problem with the light, which was irregular and flickering. We noticed it more when using the appliance, it would go up and down. Other than that, everything was perfect in the house The garden and pool were the best. In the photos it looks even smaller, but the truth is that both the pool and jacuzzi are very good sizes, ideal for spending time with family or friends

The house is great but it is poorly maintained. Here are all the issues we faced: -The stove knobs were all broken and at some point one of the burners stayed open and we had a gas leak incident(whole house full of gas) that could've resulted in an accident -The fridge is completely broken and they are just trying to patch it (with bad fixes) instead of throwing it away and buying a new one. Our food from the freezer got spoiled -The Internet was not working when we got there and stayed broken for 3 days. -Kitchen is a mess, they have utensils with mold and very old pans with who knows what, all thrown around with 0 order or care in the cabinets. 80% of that stuff is useless and should be thrown away -The drains were clogged, toilets were loose, showers clogged with tartar. -Dirty corners, under beds and windows -A door fell on top of us because it was loose. -Only care I saw is the pool and garden. Daranee is nice, the place could be great but it sucks with all the lack of maintenance

The house is spectacular, with spacious and comfortable rooms that guarantee a pleasant stay. The space is ideal for rest and enjoy a quiet experience. However, there are some details that could be improved - the fridge did not cool properly, which was an inconvenience during our visit. Also, during our stay we were not able to have internet service or TV due to a local fault, which we understand is out of the control of the host. Despite these inconveniences, the place has a lot of potential and would be excellent with these adjustments.

Daranee’s place is so beautiful! Her place is private, quiet and secure! If you want to come to Cancun to relax and get away from the hotel zone this is your place. Relaxing and swimming outside in the backyard and big warm private pool was probably what we did the most. It’s pretty tucked away from everything which was honestly the amazing part. so id suggest a rental car or you will Uber everywhere there is not much in walking distance.

Amazing home in a private and safe location. It has even more than you could need to spend your ideal holiday in Cancun. The host is very kind, attentive and flexible. We have nothing but good words from this place and hope to return soon
