Karma Nosara is pure magic. Hands down the nicest vacation property we have stayed at. Everything is intentional - from the layout to the hand made furnishings to the carefully selected list of activities and private chef (Yuli is the best!). We really felt taken care of. The house is perfectly tucked away and private but also close to everything you need. The views are absolutely breathtaking and our hearts now fully belong in Nosara.

We had an amazing stay in Nosara! Our group of 13 family and friends felt perfectly comfortable—the house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and share meals together. The host made our trip so easy to enjoy. They arranged airport transportation right to the house, and we also used their transport service for our catamaran trip (where we saw whales!) and a wonderful dinner at La Luna. We booked a rental car and a golf cart, which made getting to the beach and around town a breeze. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with easy access to all the adventures we wanted. This was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’d gladly stay here again!

Karma Nosara is an incredible place. We went with 18 people for my 40th birthday and the place is stunning. The pools were clean, sunsets were unreal. So much space with multiple kitchens and 3 fridges. Responses to our questions were answered instantly. There was so many extra towels and linens, anything you could ever possibly need was thought of and somewhere in the house. The seating was ample and even with that many people it felt spacious. I couldn’t recommend it enough no need to go to an overpriced resort because this was just better. And probably the best part and our smartest decision was to hire the owners chef Yuli to cook breakfast every morning and for my birthday dinner. It really saved us and her and her staff were so nice. Food was great and they left the kitchen spotless after. Highly highly recommend this place. Some really great Canadian owners put some love into Karma Nosara.

Karma Nosara was a luxurious and beautiful home in amazing surroundings. Every desired amenity was available with comfortable beds and clean open spaces. It was an ideal location, very exclusive and private, while still being very close to all of the restaurants, bars and activities of Nosara. The location also provided for what must be one of the nicest ocean views in all of Costa Rica - viewable from both pool decks and bedroom balconies. Both kitchens were amazing with everything you could need and the hosts were proactive and responsive, ensuring every desire was met. Our hosts connected us for 2 amazing chef experiences at the property and recommended lots of other local restaurants, spas and activities. The house is a fantastic place for a large family or group of families, or for a group of friends and Nosara and its beach are fantastic. What an amazing experience and we can't wait to go back to Karma Nosara in the future!

My stay at this beautiful home in Nosara was nothing short of magical. Nestled perfectly between the lush jungle and stunning beach views, the location offers an ideal blend of serenity and adventure. The house itself was a true gem—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding natural beauty. The open layout and large windows allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the vibrant jungle views, calming ocean views and the most amazing sunsets we’ve ever seen. Communication with the host was excellent. They were incredibly responsive and provided us with plenty of local tips and recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the refreshing pool. The outdoor space was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This is the perfect place for all your Costa Rican adventures. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at Karma Nosara with a large group of adults and kids, the house and location exceeded ALL expectations. I think the first thing everyone said when we walked to the patio was "Whoa!" The view was spectacular, and made even more dramatic by weather. The house seems to sit surrounded by jungle and wildlife. We had a group of howler monkeys who hung out in the trees all around the house, literally 10 feet from the edge of the infinity pool. There was a huge iguana living in a tree right off the deck, and we had a coatimundi stroll through multiple times. All of the fixtures of the property were top notch, everything functioned as expected, each room had its own A/C unit. We rented the entire property and despite having 10 adults and 9 teens in the house with music and noise, you could walk down the hall to your room and it would be quiet. House had gated parking and alarm and a safe in every room, so we felt very secure. Concierge service was very responsive

Casa Karma was hands down the best place I’ve been to so far. It is like booking a private resort, complete with the ever helpful staff at Blue Sands, who helped us coordinate things like private chefs, catamaran rentals, masseuses, and yoga instructors. The centerpiece of Casa Karma is definitely the swimming pool/lounge area. The house is built to funnel everyone to that central point, and we found ourselves spending most of our time at the pool, which is second to none. This area also has a Sonos system, which was a pleasure to use. The interior was also incredible. There are two indoor kitchens (and an outdoor grill), complete with gas ranges and enough gear for cooking a serious meal. The bedrooms were spacious and air-conditioned (NB: the main living room is not), and generally a good place to wind down after a day of adventuring. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My husband and I stayed at Karma Nosara for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. Check-in was seamless and everything was as described upon our arrival. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were very well kept and clean. Karma is in a secluded and private location with a view overlooking the ocean, including the most stunning sunset view! It is the perfect balance of privacy while only being a short 4 minute drive to the beach and local town with tons of restaurants and shops. We really appreciated the hosts being so personable to recommend activities for us as we wanted to add adventure to our trip. The hosts recommended wonderful guides for ziplining, ATV ride, and surfing. The prices for activities were reasonable and they still left tons of time in the day to do other things or relax. We had a private chef at Karma provided by chef Juli (Yuli food service) and it was absolutely delicious. This home is perfect for an intimate getaway or a family/friend group trip!

This home was an absolute dream. The architecture and design was really nice and the outdoor swing/ pool and balconies were magical, especially at sunset. They were responsive with every need we had and helped us plan the most perfect trip. We came with a group of ten girls and the house was more than perfect, and the concierge was too!!

My second stay at Karma Nosara was amazing. Arun was a great host again & the concierge service took care of all our needs. On arrival the house was immaculate. Luxury in the jungle with a full view of playa Guiones & playa Pelada. What more could you ask for? The house is so close one of the most breathtaking natural beaches I’ve ever visited. Clear warm waters, smooth sand and a quiet atmosphere all only 4 minutes away from the house! The best part is being close to the beach but away from the crowds. The amenities offered also makes for a very comfortable experience. They boast 2 fully equipped chef’s kitchens with modern appliances. The wifi was great, allowing me to keep up to date on insta & work. The two separate levels was nice for the kids to have their space & the adults their privacy when desired. The house blends the indoor space with the outdoors in a way that ensures that you always have an amazing view. I love this place. Already looking when I can book again.

Simply incredible! Was the absolute perfect spot to host our Retreat and we will be coming right back to this beautiful property next year. Everything was exceptional, from the staff and service, housekeeping, grounds crew, everyone was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more pristine and gorgeous house to spend our week in Costa Rica. Don’t think twice, book here and have the most incredible time. It was exceptional. We stayed at this AirBNB for 6 nights with 9 friends! We loved the beautiful house and the concierge was so helpful! The house was very clean and came with a couple days of cleaning services. The pool has an amazing view Of the sunset daily. You definitely need a car for transportation around Nosara (our concierge arranged for shuttles for us when we didn’t want to drive - but Honeslty once you’re at the house you won’t want to leave!) Overall, we’re already planning our trip back. Thank you so much for an amazing time.
