We visited the house during high season, and I didn't expect the cleanliness to be impeccable. All rooms had air conditioning and their own bathroom. My family enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the extra feature of having vests for the children, the terrace area with a beautiful ocean view, and access to one of the best private beaches. Don't let the comments mentioning the lack of air conditioning in the living room stop you from visiting this beautiful place, since it has enough spaces for you to enjoy your stay. I hope our next visit will be longer. Thank you, Mr. Baltazar, for your kindness.

Very relaxing, everything was exactly as described. Balthazar provided very clear instructions and communicated very promptly. He arranged on-site massages in addition to all of the tips and suggestions for food and getting around. Very friendly, very helpful. Stress free! Great experience and the price was reasonable. Loved it!

Me and my family had a great time staying here. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom. Very spacious living room and kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space and pool with an ocean view. I can't wait to return.

This guest house was a very nice place to stay. With the swimming pool and gazebo over looking the beautiful view of the ocean. Stationed in a private community, it felt very safe. Access to the beach is worthed. I would recommend doing the short drive to the parking lot. Our kids enjoyed the beach. Lots of fun down there. Even got to see fish in the tide pools down there. Showers and water hoses down by the beach was nice to have. The house location was ideal. Close to the beaches and restaurants in the area. Every amenity was there as described. Water machine was a plus to have for fresh cold water to drink. My kids enjoyed the clean pool . Especially my 4 year old whom enjoyed the little kiddie pool in the shade. We ate multiple times under the gazebo next to the pool. Spacious table with the view and a fridge out there to have easy access to cold drinks. Would recommend!

Great family vacation! Baltazar answered my questions incredibly fast and was helpful with suggestions for local restaurants. The kid pool and life vest allowed us easy kid pool time.

For me and my whole family, this house deserves 5 stars in almost everything. The only thing missing is air conditioning in the living room and dining room inside the house so we can have activities together inside the house. The heat and humidity inside these 2 areas did not allow us to be inside together because we were sweating too much. The service and friendliness of Mr. Baltazar and Edwin are excellent. Keeping the doors closed and using mosquito repellent helps a little with the mosquitoes, which had a party biting us all.

What an amazing vacation home this is! It has an amazing view of La playa, great pool and comfortable bedroom. Baltazar offers amazing communication!

The house is nicer than what you see in the photos. With the instructions they give, it's easy to find. Very safe and quiet area. The food delivery suggestion that Baltazar gave us was very good. The view from the house is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped. Close to El Tunco. Highly recommended, whatever the plan.

This house was beautiful and perfect! Very clean and each bedroom had an on suite with direct access straight to the pool. The view from the top deck was beautiful and the host was very nice and detailed! We highly recommend this beach house! Thank you to the host!!

Baltazar was the best host. His house was GORGEOUS, with an insane view of the beach and cliffs. The home has an amazing private pool and the compound also has its own pool down by the beach. The area is very safe and Baltazar made sure to check in with our group regularly. He truly went above and beyond for us, giving us recommendations and connecting us with different guides in the area. His home also has the SWEETEST little outdoor cat who made our stay even better! I cannot recommend Baltazar’s home enough. Location was great, amenities were clean and comfortable, and as a host, Baltazar will take good care of you. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
