Highly recommended, Elizabeth, the girl who supports you, is the best, everything was impeccable and as mentioned. My children were happy. I recommend it a million times

The condo was very clean, comfortable in all ways, extremely well outfitted, and exactly as described and pictured. The view was simply stunning and the pool is lovely. Having good showers was much appreciated, as was having a washer and dryer. Communication was excellent. As others have noted, it is at the end of the beach, but you can get into town by walking on the beach, which takes about 20 minutes. At night you must take a cab back, which cost us $10 each time. We had no idea how to anticipate the cost of the electricity we used, but it ended up being about $11/day (after we worked hard to keep it to a minimum).

Kerstin and Elizabeth were great hosts. Very responsive, helpful and gracious. The kitchen was very well equipped. We tend to eat at home so that was great. Lots of towels and linen too. Thanks for a great stay : )

Great place

I love the Talanguera in San Juan del sur Kerstin condo is exactly how she describe it but why I love the most is away from the restaurant and bars don’t get me wrong if u want a drink u can walk by the beach. But most important is the security their on top of their game my family and I felt safe. I will definitely rent from Kerstin and I recommend her she communicates with u right away . I forgot the swimming pool is the best and most important the price is great. Ty Kerstin

Kirsten’s place was as described! Great communication with the hosts; easy check in with lots of information about the condo unit. Elizabeth came to welcome us and open the door. She was on time, very responsive, friendly! Couldn’t have asked for more… the pool is amazing; easy access to the beach with guards in each entrance of the condo and beach access; felt very secure. I’d highly recommend Kirsten’s place for your next vacation. Cannot wait to come back ☺️

It was a pleasure to work with Kerstin and her team; their attention to detail was evident prior to and during our stay. The location is very safe and secure. Private access to the beach, as well as the pool area added to our enjoyment during our visit. The unit was very comfortable and well stocked with all that we needed. Our long-stay was very enjoyable, and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful view from the balcony. We walked along the beach to town and back everyday (little less than a mile) for exercise. Everyone was very helpful and reaponsive. Definitely would book again
