The place is amazing, Miguel's attention and the lady was spectacular, they were always attentive to everything we occupied, a highly recommended place, I would gladly go again!

During my recent visit to the hotel, from the moment I arrived, we were greeted by the hosts Yudith and Miguel, who were extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is located in a mountainous area, which offers breathtaking views and a quiet and relaxing environment. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the cabin I chose, with its spacious design and high ceilings. The hotel staff, headed by Yudith and Miguel, went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to answer my questions and help with any needs I had. In addition, the hotel has additional facilities such as an outdoor pool and pool, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The attention to the

Excellent accommodation! Everything in perfect condition, clean and beautiful. Judith's environment and kindness with her husband are priceless. We arrived at night and to relax, we were able to occupy the outdoor hot tub listening to nature. On the morning Judith made us an exquisite and hearty breakfast. They made us feel at home. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony, refrigerator, and coffee. We highlight the proximity to Nauyaca Falls. In conclusion, 100% recommended. We'll be back.

Miguel, who received us, was very friendly and helpful. I wish there was a Miguel on every airbnb we go. The jacuzzi is a plus! very good ! place identical to the photos, clean, spacious and comfortable.

We had multiple issues from the first night of a glass shelf with a sharp corner that made me bleed like a pig as well as the doors did not lock properly or lock at all until I actually fix them air conditioner failed multiple times finally on the last day, the place flooded with 3 inches of water in our room. Maintenance was hugely lacking. Site manager did the best they could.

We're truly very sorry about your experience with us Mark. We try our best to keep up with our properties maintenance, but things here in Costa Rica can sometimes be difficult to maintain! The hotel is nice, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful The room is small, very clean, with a very nice view to the ocean. The hotel has a very nice pool and jacuzzi but both have cold water it is impossible to use. It is probably January is not the hotter moth in the zone. The hotel is a perfect location to visit nauyaca natural park, where you can see and enjoy the most beautiful waterfall in Costa Rica
