The place is in a very busy and monitored area. There are many things to do by car, and also on foot if you want to spend money. We didn't know why the Wi-Fi didn't work and, consequently, the TV. It was a quick visit and we didn't write to Rogelio. His welcome was attentive. We only had to pay for the dishes to use the kitchen and a fiber cloth and soap to wash them. That's why we're looking for the kitchen...

Hi Rodolfo, thank you for staying with us. I'm very sorry that your stay experience was not as you expected. Regarding the Wi-Fi/TV, sometimes it happens that some guests do not enter the Wi-Fi password correctly or even select a network other than ours. This is very easily resolved when they contact us and we help them connect. However, as you mention, we did not receive any message from you regarding this. Something similar happens with the kitchen utensils. They are located in a drawer in the kitchen, inside it, under the counter. Finally, the laundry items are located inside the laundry and cleaning room. We would have gladly helped you locate them in these last two cases as well if we had received a message from you. Again, I'm sorry your experience was not what you expected. We hope to welcome you soon and be able to support you with better communication. Best regards.

Overall it was a very good stay. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. The view is spectacular, and the location is also very good. In addition, the instructions for access, check-in, and use of the place were very clear, so much so that it was practically unnecessary to contact the host during the entire stay. As an area of opportunity, I believe the rules are excessively strict. I understand and agree with the importance of taking care of the property, but the number of rules and the list of fines, many of them even set in dollars, create an unpleasant feeling even before arriving. Instead of conveying tranquility, it gives the impression that any oversight could result in a penalty. I also had one question during my stay and, unfortunately, I never received a response from the host. Even with those issues, we really enjoyed the place and recommend it.

Home was as pictured. View was lovely… We had an issue with one of the restrooms. Host was responsive. Check in and check out were easy.

Such an amazing place. Beautiful flat. Stunning location. Walking distance from amazing restaurants, bars and shops. The pool was also great. Will be back for sure 😎

There was an issue with the Hot water in the showers. Everything else was perfect there were a noticeable amount of small insects in bedrooms

Hi C.J.'s, thanks for staying with us. Regarding the hot water, when you have the air conditioner on and the terrace door open, the airflow turn off the water heater; however, turning on again is pretty easy, it takes 10 seconds or so pushing one small button, anyway, sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding your saying about "small bugs", you never reported anything like that during your stay, I really don't have idea what you mean, if that might be the case, most likely other guests would have reported the same thing, but none had reported anything like that, anyway, we will double check. Truly a gem! Would highly recommend. Location in a safe and in a secure gated community. Rogelio explained everything really well . Rules are a bit strict as mentioned in other comments but for what we wanted it for, it wasn’t a problem. Thank you Rogelio ! We loved it

My husband, my baby, and I had an amazing time. It really was a wonderful experience for us, and we wanted to stay longer, but it was already booked. Many thanks to Rogelio for always being attentive; he is an excellent host. We would definitely recommend this place. It has everything we needed: security, comfortable beds, an incredible view, and places to walk, eat, and drink. We enjoyed it to the fullest. Thank you. 🙏🏻
