Such a worthwhile and convenient spot in the center of Cabo San Lucas. It’s away from the marina enough to not be disturbed by all the riff raff, yet easily walkable to anywhere whether that’s downtown or the beach. Great spot!

Easily walkable to Medano beach and only 20 mins walk to the marina! The place felt very modern and the pool area was very relaxing. Only slight issue was the Karaoke bar nearby, they were way too loud till 2-3am even on a Sunday but hey you are in a party city!

This place was incredibly clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend it. The price was also very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodations. It was well-appointed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. PS. I noticed other comments mentioning a loud karaoke bar right next to the facility. However, I didn’t think it was loud at all.

Great location , spacious apartment, walking distance to beach and marina. Alejandro was very responsive to all questions. Music from surrounding parties was a bit loud at night. Overall recommend this place !

The location is great, very easy to get around town on foot. Alejandro was very kind and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. A great host! My grievances was a bag of dirty linen being left behind, along with the bedding having hair and towels being stained. The condo is located near a karaoke bar that is unfortunately VERY loud and does not close until 4 am (thursday-Saturday nights in our experience) and it’s very disruptive. Aside from that, we enjoyed this property and felt very safe!

I stayed her for a girls trip with my friends and it was a great place! It was extremely clean, had multiple bathrooms, good water pressure, beautiful and spacious living room, balconies, and great amenities. The location here is prime and for the price, it is more than worth it. Alejandro was responsive to our questions and was very helpful with recommendations. Additionally, I felt safe here, as there is security everyday and a safe check in process. I would definitely book here again for my next stay in Cabo!

The condo was clean, well decorated, excellent beds and linens. Security in the complex. Erika at the front desk was very helpful. Quick walk to great restaurants and nightlife. 5 minute walk to the beach. It can get a bit loud at night with surrounding bars in nightclubs. Alejandro was an excellent host. We couldn’t have asked for more as we escape the snow back home.

Alejandro was a great host! The entire transaction was quick and easy! He was most helpful. Thank you! The personal of the condominium were all kind and helpful. The receptionist standouts out due to her people skills and great personality. When we had questions they were prompt to respond. We had a great time staying there. The condo was spotless and all pictures matched what we received. The entire transaction was quick and simple. What pleasant experience!

Organization of check-in and check-out were great. The furnishings and description of the apartment also fit perfectly. The location in terms of accessibility of amenities is also top, because everything is easily accessible on foot. Unfortunately, there is a karaoke bar across the street that plays loud music until late into the night.

Really good! Close enough to everything in town where you can walk, very clean, the security people were very nice as well. The pool was perfect temperature and wasn’t crowded at all (although we were there in the off-season). Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a perfect & safe location to enjoy the beach, great restaurants, the marina, & nightlife, look no further! This unit is a short walk to Medano Beach, many great restaurants, the clubs & the marina. Checkout Tacos Lalos - a local spot off the beaten path as recommended by Erika at the front desk who was an absolute pleasure! If you want to enjoy some meals in the unit, WalMart & another grocery are a short walk. Two bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, & the third bedroom had easy access to a full bathroom just outside the door. All bedrooms also have patios overlooking the huge pool, plus a larger patio off the living room where you can enjoy breakfast or a cocktail. Bonus - the gym was well equipped! Regarding the noise mentioned by some, yes there is noise at night from a nearby club, but it didn't keep us up as it was muted. My only complaint is the rooftop terrace jacuzzis were not open, and I did not see a barbecue. This place was perfect for our group of 6!
Host Response
We appreciate your review Jennifer, but consider it highly unfair. You need to improve your communication as a guest. Checking in 3 hours before regular check in time unannounced does not allow for a proper experience. The rooftop Jacuzzis are open, you just have to follow the instructions visibly found by them on how to fill them up and use them, double checking this with Erika or myself would have solved the issue. This property does not have a BBQ as a listed amenity...
