We had a nice stay at the house, the location is ideal, the pool is a plus for the children, be careful it is very hot in the house but you get used to it! There are many accessories for cooking, that's cool! Some should be changed because they are rusty or broken, but I think it's due to the climate. The bedding is not very good quality, very hard mattress! Laura was super responsive. It was nice to speak French! Pura vida!

Excellent place, super comfortable and quiet, my family and I were delighted with the privacy of the house, there was excellent communication. Beaches nearby, I recommend Playa Blanca, the kitchen has many utensils for cooking The fans are quite strong and cool quite well, 100% recommended

We loved our stay! The house was very clean, which we really appreciated. The pool, though small, was perfect for cooling off, especially after a hot day. It is true that the house can get a little hot, but with the fans we were very comfortable and there were no problems. The location is excellent, close to many beautiful beaches. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

It was a private and perfect place for pets, in addition to having a pool which is a plus, but there were several things that could be improved such as: the lighting since at night is very little, the shower was in poor condition and the walls had some stains of humidity, the bath had leaks in the washing machine, some kitchen users were in poor condition and the infrastructure of the cabin is generally considered to need maintenance.

Cette maison est notre rĂ©sidence secondaire dont nous faisons profiter les gens, pas une location classique pour gagner de lâargent comme câest maintenant parfois le cas avec Airbnb. Vous auriez pu parler avec Laura des problĂšmes que vous avez Ă©voquĂ©s ; pour la douche ce ne sont pas des traces dâhumiditĂ© mais un effet bĂ©ton cirĂ© que vous avez vu sur les murs. Vous auriez pu appeler Laura pour la fuite qui nâĂ©tait pas prĂ©sente auparavant.LâĂ©clairage extĂ©rieur sur les terrasses et la piscine sont pour nous suffisants pour la nuit ( personne ne sâen est plaint jusquâĂ maintenant) . Le ustensiles sont peut ĂȘtre Ă changer pour certains, je suis dĂ©solĂ©e mais je ne peux venir quâune fois par an pour renouveler ce qui est nĂ©cessaire. Vous avez trouvĂ© quâil nây avait pas dâactivitĂ© mais je nâai jamais Ă©crit dans le descriptif quâil y avait un parc dâattractions Ă proximitĂ© ! Jâai dĂ©crit les plages qui sont proches . VoilĂ , je suis dĂ©solĂ©e que la maison ne vous aie pas plu , nous nous lâaimons beaucoup telle quâelle est !

The house is very hot and only has a fan, there is no A/C. The pool was dirty again, because I have already gone to this Airbnb before. The cleaning boy came to clean the pool. Pascale is very helpful in attending to problems. But the heat inside the house is unbearable.

Bonjour gayner Je suis dĂ©solĂ©e que la cabana ne vous aie pas convenue pour votre deuxiĂšme visite. Cette maison nâest pas une maison de location mais ma maison de vacances ( ainsi quâĂ©tait le concept de partage initial dâairbnb ) . Nous venons dây passer deux semaines et mĂȘme sâil faisait chaud, câĂ©tait pour nous un merveilleux sĂ©jour. Si vous ĂȘtes dĂ©jĂ venu vous saviez quâil nây avait pas de climatisation. Câest un choix Ă©cologique de ne pas avoir la climatisation et elle nâest pas dans le descriptif de la maison non plus pour ne pas avoir ce genre de commentaire. Je pense que le prix raisonnable. Je suis dĂ©solĂ©e pour la piscine câest parfois compliquĂ© avec vent et poussiĂšre quâelle soit parfaitement propre.

House still pretty clean. Quiet place. Interesting pool for the kids. Beautiful terrace in the evening. Sanitary facility is rustic. Pascale responds quickly to our requests.

Pueblo: The place ParaĂso is extremely quiet, you have minutes away mini-super and liquor stores the neighborhood is super safe even if you have peace of mind to leave things out, a little narrow entrance to the property but excellent. House: Just like the photos, super equipped with extra things like pots, pans, pans, coolers, it's true that there is no air conditioning but you have good fans, they have quite a few extra mattresses, tables, chairs and hammocks, the pool is about 3x3, super refreshing. There is no washing machine but one is fixed, the sanitary service and shower are separate. There is quite a shade, you spend some amazing afternoons by the pool. Location: If you organize well you can take advantage and visit between three daily beaches. That they're about 1 hour from the place. I recommend the following beaches, Ostional, San Juanillo, Marbella, Las Catalinas, Playa Prieta, Flamingo, Conchal, Avellanas, Tamarindo, Junquillal, Playa Blanca and Playa Negra. All in that Range!!!

Safe and clean place , If you donât mind experiencing the Guanacaste heat inside . Pets are allowed but not necessarily pet friendly , as I got complains from my dogs getting on top of furniture while it was not an instruction from the house care taker for her it seemed obvious , for other things they do have instructions . The perimeter has a few holes which kinda forces you to keep dogs inside and then more hair is accumulated inside which may not be so well received . Everything else great location , the safety you can walk around the neighborhood , and cleanness of the place great. Had a very good time in general.

This is the perfect place to stay! Un petit bout de paradis. The place was clean and there was everything we needed. Laura was always available and very helpful. We had a few questions and she would answer very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend that place if you like quiet, nature and relaxing. Did I mention surfing? Itâs close to the beach for beginner and intermediate levels. Anyway, there not enough space to describe this amazing place! Thank you.

Ideal place if you travel with dogs, quiet, lots of green area, close to beaches. The refreshing pool after a day at the beach is not big is 3x3. Something to consider, there is space for a vehicle within the property. Now, if you are addicted to TV and can't sleep without A/C from the heat, then it's not suitable for you because you don't have any of these amenities, but for pets you can make the sacrifice.
