This is house is simply amazing. Eight of us stayed there for 2 nights and we had plenty of space and things to do. There are restaurants within walking distance and there is also a beautiful kitchen and a grill outside. We loved the kayaks, the pool, the hot tub, the water slide (!), and the pool table in the house. It’s also located very conveniently to the nearby cenotes (only a few minutes down south on the highway). We received a thorough tour upon checkin and the one maintenance request we had (for the hot tub to be hotter) was handled within minutes. There is a housekeeper who quietly appeared and made our beds and washed the dishes each morning. We loved everything and wish we could have stayed longer! We’re already considering it for next year! 😁

Our group had an incredible trip and loved everything about this house. It was plenty of space for everyone with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Plus, the pool, hot tub, water slide, and kayaks kept everyone entertained. We also enjoyed how easy it was to walk to anything else that we needed - the beach, restaurants, shops, the marina, etc. were all usually within a 10-15 minute walk. We can't wait to come back!

I booked this beautifully home for a big birthday celebration with 9 friends. When I say we had a perfect stay, I’m not exaggerating! The home is absolutely gorgeous and situated right between the gorgeous lagoon and the beach! It’s breathtaking. There are so many walkable restaurants, two marinas and so many activities. Amir was always incredibly responsive and checked up on us via message. We also had person of contact nearby who helped with taxis and recommendations. There’s a food delivery app that was perfect for lowkey nights too and we got welcome drinks! The bedrooms were immaculate, so comfortable and cleaning staff came each day. Overall we had a very safe and luxurious stay. 1000% recommend!!!

THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT

We doubt the place a little bit about the place, sometimes the photos are misleading, but in this case upside down, they don't do it justice, the house is super comfortable, everything works perfectly, every button, pool light, garden, etc. The cleaning issue is unbeatable, every corner is cleaned every day... the pool has spaces for all ages, including for baby... the house is very much enjoyed. I highly recommend them.

Our stay at this Airbnb home was absolutely phenomenal! It comfortably hosted our family gathering of 8 people (including 2 kids), with room to spare. The house was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Daily cleaning made our trip effortless and allowed us to truly relax. The location by the beautiful lagoon was perfect for morning kayaking, and the pool was a hit with the kids. The outdoor area was a fantastic spot for the adults to unwind all day. Aside from a few hours at the beach (just a 1-minute walk away), we found ourselves wanting to savor every moment in this stunning house. Thank you for providing such an incredible stay; we're already looking forward to returning!

Exceptional property, management staff, and team. Unquestionable value and amenities. Can sincerely say the reviews and property photos, while nice and supportive (...and consistently great), do not give the "experience" justice. First, the property is better than captured in photos (interior and exterior); ...more spacious and well appointed. Families with kids should also note snorkeling gear (availability), the inflatables that were placed in the pool each day; ...chocolates on pillows. EVERYTHING. We rented a golf cart + rental and Chan/her team assisted with all this and more. The house is also situated within a VERY safe, secure, and walkable (...and golf cart) community; ...we allowed the kids to explore freely with few constraints. Equally strategic was the community/its proximity to Playa Carmen, Tulum, and many less traveled cenotes off the tourist path. Fantastic availability of restaurants, delivery of food/meals to the house, shopping close-by at Chedraui.

I can't say enough on how well taken care off we were throughout our stay. The staff at the property went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made feel welcome with freshly made juices. Our room was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, including our baby crib, which made a huge difference! The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy DAILY. Overall, our experience at this property was exceptional and we would highly recommend it to others. We loved staying at this house! It is beautiful and well maintained! The house is great for large groups! The pool was perfect! We loved the slide. Chan and the rest of the staff were great! They cleaned everything perfectly every day. We had an Amazing time!

Everything was just perfect! I could go on and on about the magnificence of the property...The house and property are absolutely beautiful. It's very large and extremely clean and is fully stocked with everything we needed. Housekeeping is amazing at keeping everything spotless The host Chen is very responsive and graciously helped us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed every minute we spent here and hope it will be available the next time we visit.

Villa Elegancia was excellent accommodation for me and my sister Divas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Several evenings were spent poolside and in the hot tub. Every breakfast was spent under the Palapa. I highly recommend Chef Marc for your in-house dining needs. He is a professional chef, personable, and accommodating. There are also several very nice restaurants and shops worth visiting in Puerto Aventuras. A highlight of our trip was the Yacht Experience, where we boarded a private boat (the Van Dutch) staffed with a private chef and unlimited cocktails and sailed to Caleta of Playa del Carmen, docked, and partied with others in the Mexican Caribbean sea! It was the best party ever!!! Thank you, Chan, for all your assistance, suggestions, and recommendations. They were spot on! We can't wait to return and do it all over again!
