Overall it was a great experience! The apartment was just as shown in pictures, great location, great pool, a lot of space. Very peaceful place and I definitely would stay here again. Thank you to the host for the hospitality 👍

An absolute pleasure. By far the nicest unit for rent in Mara. We come back every year and love it!

The property was impeccable. Furniture, bathrooms, closets, utensils… all top-notch. The rooftop pool is wonderful, with sunshine well into the late afternoon. The Samson Waters management is great. Our host, Fernando, was super friendly and helpful. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children; EVERYONE had their own space. The living room, which serves as a family TV room, is wonderful for the kids. Kitchen open to the dining and living room for those who like to cook. It has 2 beach umbrellas but only two folding chairs to take to the beach. Four more chairs would raise the rating to 11/10 😜, as it is definitely a 10/10. We will rent again through AIRBNB, but I will keep an eye out for the Samson Waters guarantee seal.

We were a group of 8 and were extremely comfortable at this property. The place was beautiful, clean, large, comfortable and plenty of space for all of us. Fernando was warm and welcoming from beginning to end; always responsive and checked in occasionally (via text) to ask if anything else was needed. He brought us fresh water bottles when he noticed they were getting low and answered all of our questions in a timely and friendly manner. The photos of the property are accurate - it's absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property (and Fernando!). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic place, the bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, living areas all were clean and wonderful spaces. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, sauna. Truly a great place for a group trip. Fernando was responsive, helpful, friendly and flexible with our group. Would 100% recommend and would book again. Thank you!

The passion, proactoveness and dedication of the host team is extraordinary ( Great Customer service, specially Fernando ). it was an amazing experience for my entire family. As a Mexican-American can recommend this place and the Team because they are over the board with making you feel like home.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The place is just as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The location is ideal and Fernando was always attentive, with clear and fast communication. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

Amazing place, very close walk to the beach through ruins. The place was so beautiful with an amazing rooftop pool with a beautiful view. Fernando was beyond helpful, always responding promptly to answer any questions we had and also able to help us with anything we needed. 100/10 would recommend Samson water.

We would like to thank you for your hospitality. The location was good to walk to places and tours, it felt like a safe secure place. All guests had a good sleep and the beds were comfy. We didn't have a great time with the coffee machine but we mostly ate out. Fernando was most helpful when we had an issue with the apartment door.

The apartment is very spacious and very pretty. It has details and decoration that make you feel at home. Its location is perfect, literally a 10-minute walk from 5th. The pool is delicious, you have a partial view of the beach and we were literally almost alone and we made the most of it. The concierge team is always attentive to everything and that we were not lacking anything. Special thanks to Fernando who was very attentive to everything. Obviously, this accommodation is one of the options you plan to return to again and again.

This place was exactly as described and the concierge was very responsive. They area was very peaceful and was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I will recommend this stay to others.
