This is a lovely house with comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful pool, and a lush garden. The kitchen is open plan, which is nice, but we had the inconvenience of raccoons coming in at night looking for food. We suggest providing a closed pantry. The dining room table does not have enough benches for all the people who may be in the house to sit together to eat. The armchairs are not comfortable, and the ones in the game room are incredibly uncomfortable. We suggest having emergency lights due to the relatively frequent power outages in the area. And our worst experience was with the water quality. It smelled bad. We don't know if it's always like this or if the storage tank was dirty. We stayed for 4 nights, and it was horrible to bathe in that water. In the kitchen, they have a clay filter that works very well, but that water is not enough for everything.

The home itself is beautiful, very private. The home was not equipped with basic kitchen needs, can opener, baking dish, Tupperware , not enough silverware to accommodate 8 guests or chairs for us to eat at together. No cleaning supplies on site or dish soap or dish towels. Front gate did not work or stay locked.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home beautiful and private. This reservation was for a large retreat group with a private chef. On arrival day, the chef requested additional kitchen items beyond standard amenities, which we purchased and delivered as a courtesy. The home includes starter essentials such as dish soap and basic supplies. During the stay, concerns were raised on a near-daily basis, and our team responded promptly each time to provide solutions and additional support. The front gate issue was reported mid-stay. We immediately dispatched maintenance, ordered the required part, and completed the repair as soon as it arrived. The gate functioned properly thereafter. We expect respectful communication toward our staff and are confident in the professionalism and service standards we maintain. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, this person could not be satisfied and has yet to pay the outstanding payment for add on services requested.

The place is great for groups and mostly well maintained. The quiet location, the modern construction, the convivial layout and the beautiful pool stand out in particular. Communication went smoothly and was quick to respond. The only "criticism" we can give is, for example, the lack of table football and the dartboard and that a few locks did not work properly - but that was still no problem. We definitely recommend the place 100%.

House was in private area. House tidy but not as clean as many of the properties that I have visited before. Only stayed 3 days so it was ok but definitely would not stay longe.

Very grateful for everything, it allowed us to enjoy the main beaches just minutes away. We found a lot of comfort in the rooms and the kitchen, we really enjoyed the huge space and the excellent service we received at all times. As a suggestion to improve and make it even more complete, they could add more lighting, at night we perceived somewhat dark spaces next to the kitchen and on the second floor, also on the beautiful terrace next to the pool, it would be great to have light to hang out. We inadvertently left some bread near the kitchen and it was eaten by some animal during the night (we hope it enjoyed it). We took it with humor, however it might be appropriate to have a cupboard to store food safely, and perhaps add a few more benches to the breakfast area. These are points to improve, but they are really minimal compared to the quality and comfort of the place 10/10
