The place was more than just a house, it was a full experience. There was a full team there for us, everything from concierges to private chefs. Everything we needed!

The house is perfect for a large group that wants to be within walking distance of everything happening in Jaco from the beach, to restaurants and bars/lounges. You are able to walk between your private pool and the ocean and easily walk someone home at night within minutes if you have group members who want to call it an earlier night. The AC in the house is great! The host is very proactive and great with communication. We didn't have any issues with our security deposit and all meals, transportation and excursions were executed just as promised. The house staff are accommodating and every room has its own bathroom and locked securely. The house looks just like the pictures.

You won’t regret staying. I’ll leave it at that.

Absolutely amazing stay! The property is even more beautiful than the photos spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every room was comfortable and well-furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked great. I Loved the pool, comfy beds, and amenities that came with the house. Perfect location close to everything needed/wanted, and all our excursions. Nataly, Sandi and staff was outstanding friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience. From the first message, communication was clear and timely. They provided detailed check-in instructions, tips for local dining and activities, and even checked in to make sure everything was going well. It’s rare to find a host and staff who is so hands-on and thoughtful. You can tell they truly love sharing their home and Costa Rica with guests. Made my birthday trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Costa Rica. Would 100% stay again. Pura Vida!

Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to making our stay perfect set a new standard—this was probably the best service experience I’ve ever had. The support staff also played a huge role in making our trip unforgettable. The chefs prepared breakfast and dinner for us daily, and not only was the food amazing, but it was also a far better value than eating out. Every meal felt like a high-end dining experience. The housekeeping and maintenance teams kept the villa, pool, and surrounding areas spotless, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. Beyond that, the security team and transportation hosts were equally important. They ensured we felt safe, comfortable!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the stay! Naomi and Sandí were excellent!! Great response times, stellar recommendations, and just catered to our needs very well. The food was phenomenal!! The chefs really did great work. Also if you have a sweet tooth you need to order one of their cakes. Absolutely fantastic!! I meticulously planned this trip for 9 months and with the help of this Villa and the staff it went off without a hitch! Couldn’t be anymore happier!! If you’re going to Jaco and not considering Villa Norma you’re really not trying to live your best life! Ohhhh those mini split units were key. And the rooms were amazing!

The house was impeccable and clean beautiful, sexy. I traveled with my family a group of 31 and there way more than enough space on all 3 levels for the family to move around. The pool was awesome with a great sound system , built in bar stools and a restroom outside. The concierge ( Naomi , David and Sandi) were the best! They met our every need and had a stress free vacation. The chef , doorman and maid were amazing . The beach is less than 2 minutes walking distance and the local shops on the strip are 5 minutes. This house is a gem , only issue was the elevator was inconsistent but the concierge hopped right on it and refunded partially for the inconvenience. Book this house it is worth it along with the amenities, excursions offered, worth every penny of luxury! Thanks for giving my family amazing experience.
