Beautiful rental, exactly as pictured and described. Unit was perfectly cleaned for our arrival. Safe area with great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The complex it is in is meticulously taken care of. 5 star for everything, we will be booking again.

yes, everything was good. The place very comfortable beautiful view. Lots of space all the amenities washer and dryer right in the unit.

Very satisfied with my stay. It was super clean, private and personally it was very quiet. Walkable distance from the supermarket so that's a huge plus.

We had a great time. The condo is super clean and very well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The only inconvenience is related to the outside area. There’s a great outdoor set-up, and the gardens are pristine, but the pools were disgusting—full of insects, no water, and no water circulation—all week long. There are nice fire pits, but no propane was available to us; it was very disappointing, given the somewhat cooler evenings. The listing also stated that there was a BBQ on the property, but that was not the case. Our experience was still very good, but we were disappointed not to be able to enjoy the outdoors, since we had chosen this condo as much for the outdoor area as for the condo itself.

Great location in the corridor and the place looks exactly like the pictures. The ocean view is wonderful and the space itself is beautiful, with small extras that made the stay feel special. It was a bit loud due to traffic, but that’s probably true of most places along the corridor. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place nice and clean and just as we expected, lovely property.

The unit was as described in a gated development with the usual amenities. The unit faces east over a vacant lot with unobstructed ocean views to the south across the trans peninsular highway. This allows for morning sun and afternoon shade on the good sized balcony complete with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with all the required equipment to prepare in house meals. The unit is only a few years old and the property has further buildings under construction which did not contribute any discomfort. The two lane road, Cotero, immediately below the unit is the main access to the developments higher up the hill and had continuous traffic all day and into the evening/night. At times the truck, motorcycle and car noise was disturbing. I would rate the property as a "10" except for the noise which drops my rating to a "9".
