The property is spacious, as is the house; it has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing with your family. Christian and Gerardo were very friendly and helpful at all times. we'll definitely be back!

The house had a construction area by the pool. When we asked, they told us it was nothing, that they were not renovating. However, there is a gap with metal bars alongside it, and the pool has no steps to get in or out, which makes it unsuitable for all types of guests. When we arrived, the house was dirty, with bugs on the floor, including cockroach wings, the bathroom carpets looked like they had cement dust on them, and there was dust and cobwebs in the shower. Also, the air conditioners in two of the bedrooms did not cool the rooms. We contacted Christian to resolve these issues; he had the cleaning redone and the air conditioners fixed, but the cleaning was still not ideal. Finally, the workers/laborers who are working on the adjacent property and in the same house come in without warning at any time. There are 3 gates: 1 is unlocked, with just a cable, so anyone can enter; for the other, we don't have the key; and for the large gate, they told us to just pull it open, as it was “secure.”

The beds are not very comfortable, the villa is relatively not like the pictures… the neighbor's dogs are noisy and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired

Villa nestled in the Ocotal hills, just a mile from the beach. In the area, I recommend Playa Pez Vela, a little gem. Regarding the villa, the newly built pool is stunning, the villa is beautifully designed, and the staff is very helpful. I will definitely return, but for longer. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended for those with young children or families, Cristian (the host) was very attentive to our needs and treated us like family. The house was clean and tidy, with beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby. The host recommended the best ones and even went shopping for us. It was our first time in Costa Rica and we felt right at home at the White House. 10/10 Best regards, Beta

It was an amazing christian experience that we highly recommend! We stayed with my wife with him. I recommend it to all types of travelers with family , alone or with friends . First, I recommend contacting him or her to give you the best advice, he or she can offer you a concierge service at 360 degrees and make you save a little money, as if you don't know how to get around the coast, it can be very expensive. I found the place super clean and super spacious with modern decor and high-quality materials with a beautiful jacuzzi on the top floor. The location is excellent as it is very close In Playa Ocotal and many restaurants and supermarkets. The highlight of the stay was a Christian who brought us and recommended beautiful places on the Costa Rica and also prepared delicious dinners upon request. Definitely worth coming back!!

Christian’s property is exactly how it’s listed and MORE! The wifi works great, the beds are so comfortable, the place was so clean and SO worth the price. The yard is beautiful, the home is amazingly designed and so comfortable and Christian is one of the most amazing hosts I have met! Christian’s knowledge of the town and surrounding areas made things so much better with his recommendations. We were treated to his amazing Italian dishes and he showed us traditional ways of cooking, loved this part. It was very hot weather but the ample shade on the terrace and the jacuzzi cool down pool was perfecto! We came to The White House not sure what to expect but we’re blown away by this trip! Beyond our expectations and we left knowing that we gained a friend! Looking forward to our next trip to The White House.

This is a very nice place but it needs a lot of love. First the positive. The roof is amazing. Pool/jacuzzi, view, shared kitchen & bathroom. We spent a lot of time there. Nice view, nice stars at night. Taziano was nice. Now the not so good. The room downstair is plague with mosquitos. There's a crack where the dpor close and there's one light that is always open. It must attract them... My baby girl got stung so much that we had to put her in our room and made a camping bed with the roof couch... The matresses were really out of shape and uncomfortable. The shower and the floors were really dirty. There was fungus/dust floating during showers because of the half clog drain. And the house is half empty so this is a huge waste of space.

The White House is very modern and Tiziano was very gracious and helpful. The continental breakfast was lovely assortment of local fruits and coffee. It is a fair walk to the local beaches and we definitely found it better to drive. The house is centrally located between Playa Ocotal and Playa Coco. The roof top patio and jacuzzi made for a great spot to relax at the end of the day and early in the morning. Some fantastic star gazing at night as well.

Had a great time minus the fact the Wi-Fi kept on going out! Not the fault of the hosts but the fault of the weather.
