Nelida’s place was calm and quiet. She had a great list of local recommendations. I enjoyed my stay very much!

The location made it easy to access downtown San Ignacio. It was a quiet neighborhood with peaceful surroundings. Nelida was incredibly helpful and friendly!

Highly recommend staying at Nelida’s place! My husband and I spent 5 days here and it was a great location, walkable to downtown and easy to get to Cahal Pech, Xunantunich, and ATM caves. The place was clean, AC worked great, and it was the most comfortable bed we slept on the whole time in Belize. Nelida was wonderful and was helpful with letting us borrow a cooler for our daytime adventures and promptly getting me a new hair dryer. 10/10 Airbnb!

My partner had an amazing time here! The place was beautiful, we spent most nights hammocking out in the back! Super walkable! Nelida was super kind and friendly!

Nelida gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat. If you are in town over a Saturday, make it to the market, great food and people there! The location is great to see all the sites. Highly recommend Nalida and her place to anybody! She is sweet and so are her puppies!

This was a great place to stay, really comfortable accommodations. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She gave us lots of great recommendations for sightseeing. Even though it’s walkable, we recommend staying here with a car.

Had a great stay. Nelida was very responsive and helpful, and gave great information about local events unprompted which was very appreciated. Place was clean, conveniently located near a grocery store, is a 10-15 min walk from downtown, and having washer & dryer access was great. Would stay again!

An amazing place to stay in San Ignacio! Great location, 15 min walk from downtown and main attractions (tour companies like MayaWalk, chocolate and hot sauce workshops, etc.) Host was incredibly kind and gave very helpful recommendations and tips ^^ The place itself was peaceful, well decorated and perfect for an intimate stay, with all necessary amenities including kitchen, washer and dryer. Highly recommended for a stay in Cayo with great placement to visit Mayan Ruins, cave exploration and jungle trekking :)

What a beautiful home very well maintained and clean. we were able to talk a little and get great recommendations on where to go and what to do. They take their guest house very personally. As it should be on airbnb, but most often noe is not. We highly recommend this is a wonderful stay in the town.

Great little place, perfect for what we needed

Nelida was wonderful, the hammocks out back was relaxing with a symphony of birds that was wonderful. She had great recommendations for restaurants and was simply engaging.

After 24 hrs of difficult travel, it was comforting to walk into a home that was clean and welcoming. This private suite had everything my husband and i required for a busy 3 day itinerary. The suite was equipped with all the cooking amenities, filtered water, and coffee to begin our days . Delicious dinning was located walking distance from the property, as well as a local grocery store ( ABC store) located around the corner. Our shuttle/tour guides pick up/drop off was at the properties doorsteps. We loved the hammocks and the morning birds chirping bright and early at 5:45am. Our host was attentive, friendly and informative. Responded to all our inquiries within minutes! Overall, we highly recommend this beautiful suite! You will not regret it.

Nelida’s place was perfect for our time in San Ignacio. It had parking for our rental and felt very safe and secure. It was very quiet and private. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We loved that there was a porch area with a patio set and hammocks and a great yard with lots of birds. The laundry was also such a bonus!! It is a short walk to downtown and very close to grocery stores. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Amazing value for such a peaceful and private spot.

For our first trip to San Ignacio we were looking for something homey, comfortable and close to the town. Nelida’s place was everything and more! Wonderful and Friendly host, easy to find, BEAUTIFUL accommodations! Easily walkable to town filled with restaurants and culture! Such a cozy place to return to after a long day in the jungle! We definitely loved our stay and will return! If you’re looking for a great place to stay with everything you could want and more, look no farther and book here!
