Alright

My friend and I had a lovely time in this super spacious and relaxed house. The internal garden gave it that little bit of extra! Two great bedrooms (hot water in the showers!) with their own bathrooms and airconditioning. The communication with the hosts was super easy and fast with very good instructions. We had some minor issues with the electricity and the non-functioning aircos, but the host did everything to get it solved in a heartbeat. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Nicaragua!!

The house is exactly how it is on the pictures. All appliances worked great. We had a storm and power went out. We informed Anna/Carlos Team Advisor. She sent the maintenance man to check everything. The location is nice and quiet. The aircons were definitely a plus for Granada’s heat. The living space had plenty of airflow especially with the fans. We sat out there a couple of mornings and nights when we ordered takeout. Location is nearby walking distance to the gas station, restaurants, fritangas, or take the Tica bus. The only negative we found was the bedroom with the smaller bed has a motion sensor light right by the window and lights up the room at random times. However we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice house including a huge living room, very nice thanks to the wooded patio, a very well-equipped kitchen (there is really everything you could need), two bedrooms with air conditioning which is very nice and a bathroom adjoining each bedroom. Additional separate toilets and a washing machine with dryer. We stayed there 5 nights and felt very good there. The person who welcomed us was very kind and warm, and very good communication with the host who is responsive. Very good location, close to the city center and on a quiet street. Parking is available next door at the gas station. The only thing to keep in mind is that the patio is open to the living room, so it can get a little hot, but it's completely acceptable and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms if you need to cool off!

Great place!!! Such a peaceful little oasis. Loved the garden inside, high ceilings and many areas to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Place was very clean and AC worked very well. Host was responsive and allowed us to check in a bit early which was very kind. Would recommend!

Well, the house is like in the picture compact and comfortable beautiful. Kitchen had everything as we do all the cooking. Entrance private and easy. Bedrooms are great and with air conditioning for the hot days. The Host Ana and Karina were flexible at the check in and check out and always communicated with us and ready for anything you need. And the parking is at the Petronic(gas station) just half a block. However, there is a more secure and flexible parking, it is gated, and is just 2 blocks away but it is worth it. I really recommend this house and definitely would come back. We really had a good time.

We really liked the place, we were 4 people and we all liked it. Highly recommended

The place was very clean and the photos matched the reality. The accommodation is not so close to the most commercial area, however this makes it ideal for getting away from the noise and lounging. The cleaner was very friendly and hospitable.

Spacious, clean, secure, and comfortable. Very close to downtown Granada. We liked the beds and showers.

Highly recommended, very spacious, great host, would definitely stay here again.
