Our stay was absolutely incredible, and Steve made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and at home. He was a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. The house itself was stunning. Every detail of the design was thoughtfully done, creating a space that was both beautiful and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The ocean views were breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. Waking up to the sound and sight of the water each morning was something we’ll never forget. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the patio or watching the sunset, the scenery was simply spectacular. 11/10! Absolutely an amazing experience! Irma & Paul were star of the show… personally cooking lunch & dinner was out of this world good. Daily cleaning and washing clothes was an added bonus! Beach front and pool area was prestine. Access to local bus transportation was right outside gates… clutch for travel downtown, ferry, other beaches & restaurants. Steve was very responsive with every question/recommendation… will absolute book next time in Cancun! Family was sad to go… thanks Irma!

My family loved our stay here. The condo is very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone and the air conditioning kept the inside very comfortable. The location is fantastic with an amazing view. We loved being right next to the beach and having the pool was really nice as well. It was very peaceful and we never had to deal with crowds or loud noises. Steve was super responsive and helpful. Irma and Paul were wonderful taking care of the house and us. Irma is a fantastic cook as well. We hired her to cook for us and we loved all her meals. One of the people in our party is Celiac and can't have Gluten. Irma did a great job accommodating for that need. I'd highly recommend staying at Steve's place. We would happily stay there again.

Stayed in Steve’s villa for a week and absolutely loved it! My brothers and I had a blast exploring Cancun and enjoying the culture and food haha. Irma was wonderful too and offered to cook dinner for us, but we sadly never got a chance. The place was clean and looked great when we arrived! The beach is basically your backyard! Thank you Steve and Irma for the amazing experience and wish you the best!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely rent here again. The location is perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and every single one having its own balcony was such a treat. Waking up to those gorgeous ocean views each day was unforgettable. The property itself is beautifully maintained and very clean. The pool area is lovely, and having easy access to the ocean made the experience even better. A special highlight of our stay was Irma—she truly made everything exceptional. Her cooking is amazing, and she kept the place spotless while also helping with laundry, which made our stay so relaxing and carefree. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Our family had a great stay. The place is wonderful, very spacious with great outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful view and hear the ocean. The pool and beach were extremely easy to use and family friendly. The pool has a shallow area that is perfect for toddlers and is rarely busy. The best part was definitely Irma. She cleans daily and provided incredible food for lunch and dinner every day. We were able to just relax and enjoy the great weather. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was exactly as described (a refreshing change!), clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell there’s pride in both the presentation and the guest experience. Incredible house, 10/10 for cleanliness, comfortable beds, AC throughout the house, very comfortable equipped kitchen, very nice common areas, spectacular beach and extraordinary attention from Irma and Paul!!! Irma cooks delicious, has the best attitude, kind, helpful, has an impeccable house, for me it is a plus that she is in the house. Good communication with Steve, accessible and friendly. I hope to return soon!

Great place to relax and keep your Mind off regular life routine. Clean beautiful views and much more. Irma was also very attentive and friendly.

We had a large family vacation so we rented a few villas and Steves unit (#29) was by far the best. The rooms had curtains that could make the room dark, sound proof too - sound did not travel. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. Irma made Steves Villa the best! Use her! She is an excellent cook and shopped for us so the frig was stocked before we arrived. She cleans up after her cooking - all for a very nominal fee. VERY worth it! She cleans daily! We had grandchildren; some were water safe, some were not. The child’s pool is perfect, very shallow for our 18 months olds to walk and enjoy. It was connected to the “adult pool” and kids could go back and forth. There a locked gate leading to the beach so small children can’t even get to the beach without an adult. Lifeguard on duty. The views are spectacular! The grassy area is well kept, rare in Cancun and added to the beauty and space for children to play. We are already planning to return. HIGHLY recommend Steve’s Villa!

Fabulous accommodations! Peaceful, private, CLEAN! We loved Irma and her cooking was absolutely delicious. Surroundings and amenities were beyond expectation. Host communication was clear and responsive. Loved our stay so much!

Great place to enjoy a peaceful vacation with your family, the beach isn’t crowded and the complex is peaceful to relax and just disconnect. The villa is just as described and if you decide to include the lady that cooks, she is an amazing cook and will take care of everything. Overall a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the place is just perfect in every way, beautiful and very safe. We can’t wait to come back.
