We arrived in Puerto Viejo under a deluge of rain, and unfortunately our original lodgings had flooding issues. We had to find a place to stay immediately before it got dark and came across this beautiful home. The host was super reactive and we were able to check in and get settled straight away. The onsite manager was outstanding...he constantly checked in to make sure everything was okay and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is beautiful and we enjoyed great times together cooking in the outdoor kitchen while the kids enjoyed the pool. The home is well-situated, close to everything in Puerto Viejo. It is secluded and peaceful, but right around the corner from the main road with shops and restaurants galore.

The house is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Its centrally located which also means the neighbourhood can get a bit busy.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? I’ll start off by saying you don’t need to look any further for a place to stay in Puerto Viejo. Book this air bnb. You deserve it! It was spotless, close to everything, safe, and is absolutely gorgeous! The pool is refreshing, the kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms were so nice and air conditioned and the beds were very comfortable! I can not think of one single thing that I would change. This air bnb exceeded my expectations and we all agreed we can never stay anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Amazing location. Walkable to downtown Puerto Viejo. House is beautiful all around. Nice concept of having 2 kitchens in the property. House has great drainage system after the storm that hit us the first night lol. Only tiny problem were the cats that "live" in the premises, but this is because we are not cat people. 5/5 stars. Would stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful home! Architecturally breathtaking, abounding in flowers, visited by hummingbirds and birdsong in the mornings, and an incredible easy walk into town or to the beach. We absolutely loved our time here, and it served as the perfect home-away-from-home for my kiddos and me during our time in Puerto Viejo.

The place is just beautiful and exactly as described. Sirlen and Efrain were wonderful hosts. Everyone in our group loved the property. It was great to come back to the house and jump in the pool after exploring everything beautiful Puerto Viejo has to offer. Kiko Beach restaurant was a favorite of ours due to their exceptional service. Bear in mind the close proximity to other homes if you decide to book. Quiet time is observed after 9 pm. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Had a great 3-night stay in Puerto Viejo. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is very walkable- easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful place with very tasteful spaces

The place is very nice and comfortable, the location is great since it is very close to the shops and the center of PV. Very clean and very good layout. There were no problems with the AC, water, pool, kitchen, or electricity! And the house is very well equipped

Totally recommended, we will definitely return, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, the place is quiet and we felt very comfortable. There were 7 of us and the spaces were perfect for everyone. Our favorite part was the kitchen, it was our social area to share. The parking lot indicates 2 parking spaces but we managed to accommodate 3 and they were large vehicles. In general, the place and the service provided was very good and we always had an immediate response and help from Sirlen.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The house is spotless, very clean, comfortable and with a privileged location. The common areas are very cozy, with spaces designed to share in a group and at the same time rest. The host's attention was excellent, always attentive, kind, and willing to answer any questions. In addition, the house is very well equipped with everything you need: full kitchen, air conditioning, good pool and impeccable bathrooms (which by the way, we loved the shower soap) It certainly exceeded our expectations. We recommend it 100% and hope to come back very soon.

What a beautiful home. My family and I wanted something within walking distance of a beach and the town center that had a full kitchen and pool. We got all of that plus an extra kitchen! My family likes to cook, having the extra fridge was priceless. A short walk leads to a relaxing beach and if I walked the opposite way in the morning I was overwhelmed by all the birds flitting about. Bonus: Each room has an air conditioner and bathroom so any bickering over room temperature and bathroom use was eliminated. In addition: I cant say enough about Sirlen and the house manager. The place is brand new and a couple of items needed attention. They handled every request immediately. They made recommendations for dining, shopping, and exploring. They set me up with the best tour guide we could have wanted, recommended an amazing restaurant for my mom's Birthday celebration and connected me with the manager....those connections made a huge difference for our whole trip.
