After paying in advance for New Year's Eve, we arrived to the door with our son at 7.00 pm. After having contacting her at 2.00 and she never answered. We waited for three hours and never contacted us nor even to apologize. In that special night she ruined completely our plans. Please don't consider this place as an option. What she did is completely unacceptable.
