Great house will see lots of wild life and amazing views

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay in Jaco Beach! We had an incredible time at this Airbnb in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including a well-stocked kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and refreshing air conditioning. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space—the pool and patio area were private and peaceful, a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the secure parking and gated property, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Our host was super responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience. Jaco Beach itself is stunning—beautiful sunsets, warm water, and a lively but laid-back atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Lisa’s concierge David was our main point person on this trip. We had a request to some that may seem foreign - kosherizing the grill and David had absolutely no problem letting us do that. David was always responsive and even picked up groceries and alcohol for us multiple times throughout our stay. This place is about 20/25 min into the Costa Rica Jungles but the view is totally worth it! Amazing time here would recommend!

Lisa was an incredible host from the planning stages to execution. David was also a wonderful communicator and planned for our group to have massages at the house, have Chef Belly come and make us incredible meals (highly recommend) and 2 excursions- the monkey excursion was definitely our favorite!! This was a perfect escape after a work trip and we are so grateful for Lisa sharing her home and her wonderful team that took care of us! We would be lucky to come back!

We had our wedding here…. This place is unbelievable!! We can’t say enough good things about this place. Views just as good as Villas Calletas for a fraction of the price! Stayed for 4 nights with 11 people, and had about 50 guests the night of the wedding. Lisa and David worked with us and let us come a few times early with the wedding planner etc….if you don’t mind driving up the mountain about 20 minutes, I can’t imagine a better option in the area. (Road was in good shape in January 2025). We also used their on site personal chef Beli for almost all of our meals while staying there, including the big wedding meal. It was all phenomenal and reasonably priced. There’s also some wildlife on the property. We saw Macaws and a monkey almost every day. 100% satisfaction

The house and outdoor spaces were wonderful! We had plenty of room for our two families of 11 people total. The bedding and linens were comfortable and clean. There were friendly caretakers onsite who provided daily service. The view was indeed amazing and there were toucans in the trees! Lisa was helpful and responsive to questions. We enjoyed the Villa and wish we had stayed longer! Guests should be aware that the hot tub/jacuzzi is not heated, unless you request and pay extra, but this seems to be the norm in Costa Rica due to the expense of electricity. If renting a vehicle, 4 wheel drive would be best, but taxis and other transportation were also available. Highly recommend this rental!

the most beautiful view i have ever seen. Dave was spectacular. He was helpful before i even got to the country. In my opinion he is a super host. He helped me with transportaion and activies. wonderdul host. the host was clean. great time

First of all, Lisa, David, Beli and the whole team were absolutely fantastic. Great recommendations, fantastic food options and absolutely spectacular home. The drive up to the house is a little daunting, but absolutely worth the price of admission. We enjoyed the house thoroughly, and will absolutely be back soon.

The Villa at Jaco Beach is a beautiful home. The drive up was a little questionable but we appreciated that the concierge had recommended a 4 x 4. We were well equipped for the drive up. The views were totally worth it. Lisa and David were great and super responsive. The chef cooked a delicious dinner on the last evening we were there. Javier, the groundskeeper and Maylee, the housekeeper were really friendly and we enjoyed our conversations with them. We would definitely go back!

Really enjoyed the place and Lisa and her staff were a pleasure to deal with.

All I can say is Truly Amazing. Lisa, the staff, drivers, and House all fall under my description. From the time I researched the property until the time I departed the location.. Lisa was there to answer any and all questions I may have had. The staff , moved throughout the house barely noticeable but the daily service they provided was outstanding. The drivers that were vetted by the house were so friendly and accommodating. The HOUSE!!!!!!!! Absolutely Breathtaking. From the time the gates open you are greeted by the beautiful lavish gardens that surround the house. When you walk the grounds you are amazed but to walk to the back of the property makes you appreciate the beauty of Costa Rica. The sunsets are picture perfect. I can’t say enough. My entire group could not stop taking pictures. Every morning, evening and night the house came alive in different ways. The chef… was superior. The smells that filled the house made us never want to leave. Nothing left to say but Thank you

Amazing place, recommended if you want to experience beautiful views and peaceful environment. You will experience nature and will be surrounded by the breeze of the pacific. The place is very spacious, you can enjoy with your family and friends. Recommended!

Lisa and David were excellent hosts. They were responsive, helpful, and made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Jaco.

This house and location is amazing. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s located high on a mountain and the terrain up is a difficult one, however, through Lisa and David (concierge) recommended transportation is a must. We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating a bachelor party of a group of 12. The house clean, beautiful, and comfortable for the entire group. We each had our own beds. We also had a chef, Belli who was incredible and always had the meals ready on time and plentiful for the entire group. This truly elevated our experience. From the start communication between Lisa, David and I were clear and always ready to assist. We booked an ATV tour through David which I recommend. Overall this house is beautiful and to top it off, the views are breathtaking.

Pictures do not do this place justice it was beyond gorgeous. Better than the pictures online inside and out. David and the maids were all so nice respectful and helpful throughout the whole weekend. They are all a really top tier service and I will definitely be going back. They made the house feel like a true resort. David was beyond my expectations and was the best concierge Ive ever had. The maids did great and I felt at home. Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth trip. This whole team is really seamless and made everything so easy. If you are thinking about doing the atv tour book it through David it’s a 10/10.
