We stayed with our two young boys and absolutely loved the location of the property. The private backyard and path to the beach was incredible. Surfed several days directly out in front of the house with no one around!

Esteban is very responsive and polite. House was great, perfect location. He sent us pictures to help find the house, which can be tough in Costa Rica. We had a few questions during the stay and he responded to everything nearly immediately. When we come back, we will definitely be staying at Casa Olas!

Great house in great location. Everything a reasonable vacationer needs is there. Air conditioners in every room. Nice BBQ. Beach right at the backyard. Great and responsive host.

Beautiful place with all amenities , very clean, stunning views and lots of wildlife right off the balcony! We woke up very early every morning to enjoy the view of the bay, birds and monkeys -just a dream! We appreciate the prompt communication and are thankful for having had the opportunity to stay at Esteban’s place. Walkable to the beach but also worth renting a car and exploring nearby beaches and areas. Some of the most beautiful sunsets we have seen so far!

Adorable home with a postcard looking private path to the beach! We used the provided beach towels, beach chairs and the BBQ, also loved hanging out at the terrace. There are two working cameras in the backyard, one pointing at the entrance and the other one pointing at the terrace and possibly covering the living room that has no curtains or shades, so we covered this latter one with a towel. There are a few nice places to eat in the neighborhood, also plenty of supermarkets and whatnot a short drive away and a tourist surf/party town with great choice of cafes and restaurants about 45 min away by car, but closer taking a boat to cross the estuary that divided the beach. Plenty of typical activities like zip line etc, more beaches around to explore, however the Playa Grande where the house was great. Overall great experience!

Super responsive and helpful host the rental is in a wonderful location right on the beach very quiet and tranquil.

Had a wonderful stay at Esteban's place it had gorgeous views and its own private pool which was perfect to cool off in in the evenings. Close to the beach with a short drive or little walk and truly beautiful place.

Perfect for us. Quiet. Loved the beach out the back yard. Love the 3 restaurants within walking distance. It was all we needed.

We (myself, husband and 13 year-old son) loved our week-long stay at Casa Olas! It was a perfect place to simply relax, walk on the beach, enjoy the sunset, and make day trips to other beaches. We used the kitchen for breakfast every morning and it was well-equipped for our needs. We spent every morning having coffee and every evening playing cards on the screened patio. It was so lovely to hear the waves crashing on the beach. The private path to the beach is wonderful for a swim any time of day and the outdoor shower was perfect to shower off afterwards. We didn't miss having a pool at all. The air conditioning units work well and kept us cool at night and during the midday heat. The restaurants and shops in Palm Beach Estates and Playa Grande were convenient and offered lots of choices. There is a lot to do and see in this area. We had a rental car which made getting around easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Olas, especially the close proximity to the beach and the chance to try surfing!

We really enjoyed the place as a family of four with young children. We stayed for two weeks and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Being beachfront really changes everything! Small details (water pressure, AC performance, equipment, neighborhood) that can be hard to evaluate when booking can sometimes make a stay unpleasant or disappointing, but none of that here. We would not hesitate to return. The screened porch is shaded by the tree even during the dry season and was a real pleasure to spend time in. Please note that the house is not luxurious like some places you might find around, but it has very authentic vibes.

This condo was beautiful. The views were amazing and Playa Flamingo was walkable. I highly recommend this property.

My group had a wonderful stay here! We enjoyed mornings on the patio overlooking the views and birdwatching. We walked to the beach and carrying the provided chairs was not too bad at all. Overall we loved the location and peacefulness of the property. Esteban was super responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here
