Arul

This was a beautiful spot for our family vacation!! The house was perfect and we loved walking down the beach to the local restaurants. It was very convenient if we needed anything in town. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere was so wonderful!! Mari, Anjali and Jose were amazing and Zenaida was very responsive. We will definitely make this our go to spot when we visit Tulum in the future!!!

Tres Delfines is a gem! We had 3 generations staying here and everyone felt comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Lots of lovely deck chairs and hammocks. Great beds, plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer were such a wonderful addition for a week of playing in the water. We cooked many meals ourselves, even made chocolate chip cookies one night! Dinner and drinks at the walkable restaurant Manta Ray is great too. We happened to come when the sargassum was pretty outrageous. It's sad but out of anyone's control. We shoved a kayak through it and got to the pristine waters beyond for snorkeling. One of the air conditioners broke while we were there, spraying ice on our guests in the middle of the night. But the property manager was very responsive, called a technician, and the person who services the house daily (Mari) was able to make up the spare room and our guests moved. Mari and Jose keep the place in perfect condition!

The house is a gem! And the location is amazing. The photos do not do justice to this wonderful property. Arul was communicative and easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans etc., and, although we went out for our dinner, it would have been feasible to cook all meals at the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved the stay at Arul's place. The bay is wonderful. The house is very nice and perfect for enjoying a family vacation. Communication with Arul was very good, as was the support of the house staff. Thank you very much for everything! We'll be happy to come back!

This is a lovely private villa on a beautiful stretch of sand on Soliman Bay. The entire property is well cared-for and spotlessly clean. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The sitting areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside create lots of space for different activities. Maria and Jose, the on-site staff, were great at their jobs, patient with our minimal Spanish, and happy to help in any way they could. The bay is perfect for kayaking on calmer days. We enjoyed walking the beach, hunting for sea glass, and reading in the hammocks. We recommend the "Good Pizza" at Mantaray just up the beach. It's good! During our stay, there was some disruption (loud music) from guests to the South. Arul & team responded appropriately to address the issue, and we appreciated their prompt and professional support. It's clear to us this was very rare for this community, so for the purpose of our ratings, we considered this issue a anomaly. We recommend Villa Tres Delfines!

Tres Delfines sits on a pristine bay, and though the shoreline has an unbroken arc of private homes, there is no sense of crowding. We (us, our two sons, two wives and one grandaughter) enjoyed a senses of privacy. The house itself is very comfortable, well maintained by its staff of two (Mari, the housekeeper and Jose (subbing for Daniel) who maintained the outdoor area). Kayaks were very useful to access the best snorkeling (though there are fish closer in as well). The host, Arul, was quick to respond to any questions. There were no surprises. All in all, a memorable week, much of which we owe to Tres Delfines.

Villa Tres Delfines is in a gorgeous private location. The beach is within footsteps of the house. The house was spotless and the staff is attentive and courteous. This was one of my top vacations of all times. I would recommend the place to people who like privacy, and are looking for a quiet place. You pretty much get the entire bay to yourself. I only saw a handful of people the entire time. I would go back to this house any day. Thank you Arul, Mari, and José.

We had a wonderful stay at Tres Delfines! The location is amazing, right on the beach, and the kids had a great time in the pool too. Maybe the best part was the staff who attend to the house and were very friendly. We hired chef Vera and it was one of the highlights of the week with authentic local dishes. He also gave us lots of tips about activities to do with the kids and which ones to avoid. The community felt very safe with guards at the gate and what seemed to be frequent patrols. Overall highly recommend the house -we will be back!!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It started off with a great welcome package that had clear instructions to get to the house as well as many wonderful activity recommendations. The house was very clean and comfortable for my family. The house is not the modern type of vibe - it is more homey and traditional (which I like) There are gorgeous views and a beautiful private beach. The staff at the house was pleasant and cleaned the house thoroughly each day - a real treat! Also, when I had a few questions for the host he responded within 5 minutes and with clear and detailed responses. I would highly recommend staying at the house and may even make this my family yearly vacation spot!

Stayed 8 days on January, great weather. House pictures don't show the true beauty. The bad: 1. no jacuzzi (not listed on amenities /showed on pics) 2. Not hot water, however is warm (we're group of 8, taking showers of 3 p hr. 3. No 24hr assistance, still waiting for Manager Zenaida to return my calls. 4. Water flow not the greatest, specially on kitchen. 5. Front beach Rocky (unsafe for kids or elders), need to walk 80 yards to get to a nice white sand beach. 6. Pool lights above -not inside- it's dark at night, not kids safe . 7. kitchen ware except pots, show deep severe usage , they are old. 8. no central AC,only bedrooms. The Good: 1. Amazing location 2.watch the sunrise on bed 3. Housekeeper (Maria) and gardener make you feel like home 3. Peacefully place 4. Host communication and instructions 5. Pool (daylight) it's amazing my child was beyond of happy. 6. Terrace 7. Master suite 8. Waves sound 9.Quetzal birds. 10. Kayak! 11. We saw turtles We would love to go back thank you!

We loved Tres Delphines. We've been to Soliman Bay several years and this house is great. Very private, clean, well appointed. Marie and Danielle are super and keep the house in fabulous condition... helping with our every need. It's nice to have the pool on the other side of the house. Calming waterfall and nice break from the sun. The beach was beautiful and Danielle did a great job keeping it looking super. Highly recommend Tres Delphines!
