Carol

Excellent, 5 months ago

I was so pleased with my stay in San Ramon. It was far and above my expectations. Fresh flowers in my room and Juanita was the best and treated us with utmost courtesy and attention to our needs and wants. It was a delightful experience.

Host Response

Thank you very much, Ms. Carol. It was a pleasure to assist you, and we are delighted that you chose to stay at the house. We look forward to seeing you again. Regards.

We will always stay here when we are in San Ramon! Juanita makes incredible breakfasts and cares so well for you and the house. The house is even more beautiful in person. The location is awesome! Just a short walk to the grocery store and all the local places in town. The house had a very safe and easy place to park our car right by the house. Yelba is a wonderful host who really cares that you enjoy your stay with her. And we absolutely did!!

Host Response

Estimada Kara, le agradecemos su evaluación, la cual nos anima a seguir adelante, ofreciendo nuestra casa, para los que necesitan un descanso seguro y confortable, en pueblo semi rural en Nicaragua. Será un placer servirles nuevamente.

A very neat, very clean accommodation. Also the host and her staff are very nice!! Nice breakfast and the location is fine. 1 downside is the sound of the street, especially in the morning. Despite that, I would recommend it!

Host Response

Thank you very much Judith, we appreciate your stay. I am sorry about the noise in the street, I will send an observation to the local government to regulate the noise. You are always welcome.

Yelba is a wonderful host, always smiling, energetic and willing to help in anyway at anytime. Her whole house is clean and you have everything you need, if not just ask. Juanita is lovely and prepares a huge breakfast with a special touch of candles. The location is within walking distance to everything in town and easy to find with public transport. The B and B is safe and secure and you will feel like you are at home. In fact the rooms you stay in are in a separate house. The garden area was a great place to sit out in and shaded. Yelba loves her home, her town, and welcoming guests and it shows. Thank you, wish I had a few more nights, loved chatting with you.

Host Response

Muchas gracias Ricardo, le agradecemos su evaluación. Trabajamos cada día para ser mejor y que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos, en las instalaciones y con el equipo de colaboradores. Bienvenido nuevamente.

Loved this airbnb. First the room with its own bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The patios, dining and living areas were well furnished and comfortable. the breakfasts were delicious- and we had a different type of breakfast each day. I like to have my coffee when i wake up, and Dona Yelba made sure the coffee was ready when i was. Dona Yelba herself is an enterprising woman, who loves her community, networks with others in the area to develop an ecologically healthy tourism in the region of San Ramon. She helped put us in touch with microtour industries that are not in the tourist books, and taught us about the area. One of my fav things was going to see the "taller de las mujeres de plomo" where I was able to make my own little necklace from local seeds. My husband and I enjoyed the trip up the mountain to see La Hermandad, a small coffee farm which practice sound ecological methods. If you are coming to Nicaragua, please consider a visit to San Ramon and a stay at BnB Kiruna
