The condominium has a beautiful view from the balcony and nice outdoor seating. Good sunsets to view. Really enjoyed having the washer and dryer to use. Spacious condo. Plenty of towels and sheets.

Our experience was very good. We appreciate the attention in the PH from security and immediate communication with our host. The apartment is very comfortable and great for remote work as it has a desk and a chair with very comfortable cushions. And one thing to note is that the WIFI is symmetric, which is excellent. The view from the apartment is very beautiful. The beach is a few steps from the social area on the ground floor. We received all the information for check-in, lock box code, apartment, apartment, etc. from Mrs. Isabel before our stay. We had some issues with Munily's App for gym reservations, however, we hope to return to this apartment as we liked the experience.

Everything was excellent, we felt right at home... Thank you Mrs. Isabel for all your attention!!!!

Beautiful apartment very well equipped in the kitchen, very nice spaces, good layout, comfortable beds and very clean, exactly as the photos, Mrs. Isabel is very friendly and open to communication, highly recommended, we hope to return soon.

Excellent apartment, it had everything you need for a very comfortable stay for up to 6 people, honestly. The building is excellent, the common areas are perfect and the staff are very attentive.

The location is excellent!! The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, although there were only 2 of us. The view is very beautiful, the attention of the building staff was very good, everyone was very attentive. For cooking there are pans, pots and other utensils. The beach is a few steps from the social area on the ground floor. The check-in process was smooth, no problem, we entered around 3:15pm due to cleaning, and two days before we received the check-in information, lock box code, apartment, etc. Mrs. Isabel was very attentive to the queries we had before the stay.

The apartment is just like the photos in the publication, it has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay for several days, it is very well located in a fairly quiet area, definitely recommended, Good communication with the host and they also have a attentive assistant for any inconvenience .

Everything about this unit was accurate, the location was beautiful! My only complaint was communication with the host, sending the check in 2 hours AFTER checkin time is unprofessional … trying to get ahold of her was near impossible… the check in should be sent prior , I asked for it 2 days before and sent numerous messages all day , the day of I had to call into Airbnb just to get a response, and I get a response at 5 PM only because they were going to refund me? As I said location, beach, pools , cleanliness and the staff at Royal palms there was incredible … everything was beautiful!
