Easy to find. Very close to many things. Restaurants, shopping, parks, buses, church, etc. Easy walk to San José Centro Fairly quiet end of Calle 33 - except Saturdays until 11:30 or 12. Host very responsive. Simple but quite adequate! Mari, the housekeeper, very sweet and helpful!

Great place to stay in a fantastic neighborhood. It's a bit awkward having to traverse through a restaurant to get to the living space but other than that the location is terrific, the individual who greeted me and showed me the place was a dear, and the place was everything it promised to be. I liked the touch of having a fan in the space to keep it cool and to "air out" the room since the bathroom has no windows.

Excellent service, I loved the place in an excellent location and very good communication with the hosts, I recommend it with my eyes closed and I'm sure I'll be back soon. I was at the place for 21 days and will be back soon again!

I enjoyed my 4 weeks stay. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. The location is perfect. Restaurants and supermarket within a few minutes. The train in the early morning is quite noisy, but that affects most apartments on airbnb in this neighborhood. The communication with Ned is very easy. I would come back at any time.

Very nice apartment in a nice area of San Jose.

This apartment is above a fine Italian restaurant in one of the best areas of San Jose. Down the street is a gourmet market and a couple of blocks away is Central Avenue from where you can go to a major shopping mall in one direction and the center of San Jose in the other.The street on which it is located has many nice restaurants and an especially nice bakery/cafe next door. The apartment itself is modern and has both a washer and a stove with an oven as well as a full supply of everything you need for comfortable living, including a wide-scree TV with many options including YouTube. The wi-fi is good, but can be slow at times. Ned is very attentive and responds to your questions and concerns rapidly. The restaurant staff also is helpful, and Mary, who cleans the apartment and assists in the ways, is very pleasant and efficient. The rent is a bargain for what you get. It is one of the best Airbnb places I have stayed at in the many years that I have been using this service. I certainly hope to come back to San Jose and stay there in the future.

The communication was excellent, the studio has everything you need. The host went over and beyond to make us feel at home.
