This home was beautiful but had the worst experience ever since staying at Airbnb. My entire family left with bedbugs bites all over our body and face, electric went out twice leaving us to be in the dark for over 2 hours, the cleaning did not take the trash out and she even took the bedding off one of the bed and did not replace it but the host was able to get some sheets to cover with. There was so much ants and bugs everywhere in the house especially in the pool upstairs to the point we did not get in it. The entire villas layout is beautiful and well designed. Apart from the listed things before, it’s a nice home. With the bedbugs and electricity constantly going out, I will not be staying in that area again if I visit Tulum.
