We had a wonderful stay! The listing was just as described and perfect for our family. The community was super nice, the pool was awesome, and the golf cart was an amazing amenity that let us truly make this place home for the week. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We have stayed at this property 2 times. This trip was for 2 weeks. Everyone was very responsive, helpful, & accommodating. The property is located in a quiet and private gated community near The Shoppes at Palmilla, which has a great grocery store, nearby cafe, and other restaurants. The property itself is very clean, peaceful, & comfortable. Kitchen is compete with an abundance of plates, silverware, glasses, cookware, etc. We only utilized the master bedroom. That being said, the master bed was comfortable and the drapes kept the room dark enough if we needed to sleep in. Both bathrooms were clean and functional + showers worked great. One of our favorite things to do at this property was get sun on the rooftop during the day and watch the sunset while relaxing in the hot tub. Also, the fire pit is a great touch. Amenities are really nice as well (pool, gym, spa, poolside food & beverage). We will definitely stay at this property again.

Deborah and Hector’s home is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need for relaxing and cooking. The beds and couch are incredibly comfortable, the 2 outdoor spaces are wonderful for hanging out in. There are tons of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and 2 snorkels. And the golf cart is great! Hector and Deborah are very responsive and helpful - couldn’t ask for better hosts! Palmilla Dunes is beautiful and it’s nice to be far away from the hotel zone. The pool is very special and has really good food. Luis and Sergio will take care of you! 💯 recommend that you experience this incredible place!

This gem in Palmilla Dunes is the perfect spot for a fabulous vacation. Everything you could possibly need is included and the golf cart is an added bonus. The condo is stunning and exactly as described. Deborah is an excellent host, very responsive, knowledgeable about the area and genuinely cares about your stay. The Club at Palmilla Dunes is beautiful and the amenities included with the condo are plentiful. The beach at Palmilla is gorgeous, swimmable and only a short distance from the condo! Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as a small but lovely grocer. I absolutely love this area and will look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Deborah for making my time in Palmilla truly memorable:)

We had a great stay at Deborah’s condo and would absolutely come back. Communication was excellent. We reached out to Hector before arrival and he helped coordinate transportation, including car seats for our toddler, and shared clear pricing and payment options. He was also very responsive during our stay. The condo itself was more spacious than expected, especially the kitchen and living area. Beds were very comfortable, and everything was well stocked with towels, beach gear, and essentials. The covered patio was one of our favorite spots, and the rooftop was a great bonus. The golf cart was a huge plus and made getting around the community easy. The pool was great, but the beach was our favorite. A couple quick notes: there’s a small market nearby but it’s on the pricier side, and the main grocery store is about a mile away and not accessible by golf cart. Also, if you have young kids, the rooftop stairs require supervision. Overall, such an easy, comfortable stay! Recommend!

This is our second time staying at this amazing condo and had an amazing time!! The location can't be beat - walking to fitness, pool, shops and restaurants! You also get a golf cart (Ole Betty) included to move around in which allowed us to skip renting a car! The unit is tastefully appointed and you can't do better than this gorgeous rooftop with firepit and view of ocean! We look forward to returning next year!

Our family of 4 had the most wonderful stay at this condo in Palmilla. Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Hector greeted us at the condo, walked us through everything, and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. The rooftop was one of our favorite spots — morning sunrises with whale sightings from the deck and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The golf cart was a HUGE bonus for easy beach access. We loved splitting our days between the pool and the beach. We made great use of the gym, pickleball and tennis courts, and enjoyed the nearby restaurants every day (Nicksan was our favorite for sushi!). The condo itself had absolutely everything we needed — nothing was overlooked. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the clubhouse, which made everything so convenient. We loved it so much that we even met with a real estate agent to explore buying in the area. We would absolutely rent from Deborah again and highly recommend this property to anyone

Deborah’ condo is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, well cared for, and uncluttered. I can’t recommend the condo highly enough. The photos, the descriptions and the recommendations all match up perfectly, so that when we walked in for the first time, we knew we were in the perfect place for us. Deborah and Hector were very responsive, attentive and really cared about us having a great experience. The deck has beautiful ocean views. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms clean, the kitchen and living room spacious, functional and very well done. We would absolutely return, I can’t think of a better place to stay in the area.

Absolutely beautiful resort. You can walk to restaurants into the pools. The staff is amazing. The unit is well appointed. Amazing sunrises, and sunsets.

A lovely stay in the Palmilla district of Cabo San Lucas/San Jose del Cabo!!! This property is in an ideal location for visiting this area. A little bit closer to San Jose Del Cabo, and a short five minute golf cart trip to a beautiful swimmable beach (golf cart included!). Our favourite amenity was the lovely Palmilla Dunes private club that was included in the rental rate. A truly outstanding facility with tournament quality tennis courts, as well as Pickleball and Padel. Outstanding gym facilities, and a spectacular pool complex with poolside drinks and dining. I could go on, but if you’re looking for the perfect property for a visit to the area, look no further.

We had an amazing stay at Deborah's apartment in Cabo! The space was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We especially loved the access to the club and how close it was to the beach—such a perfect location. Would absolutely stay here again!
