Bradlee

The place is very beautiful, a safe area and it is a spacious house. However, when we arrived after a long trip, almost 8pm, we wanted to get some rest, but the house was really dirty, the floors stained, the kitchen very dirty and messy, there was coffee with mushrooms in the coffee maker, food scraps even in the rooms and we did not find clean or dry towels. We notified the host, and they were unkind and unsympathetic to this situation. In fact, he replied that we are not charged a cleaning fee and that there were clean sheets, so he practically told us to dry ourselves with them. We reported this to Airbnb but they were unable to communicate with him either... The house and complex are very good but the host is disrespectful and unkind to guests, that is to say, we did not pay a low rate, it is a fair price in both ways. I wouldn't stay with this host again

The house was poorly cleaned and the bathrooms, in the photos you could see 2 parking spaces available and there is one occupied with a damaged car and I had to leave a car outside and they hit it, I had asked him before booking if it was possible to extend the check-out time and he said yes and the same day that I left he told me that I should leave at 11 I don't think he has a word, then I reminded him he gave me the opportunity to leave at 2 which messed everything up, we had to pick everything up and we were able to stay for a while then in the social area which was not the idea, the patio floor, you could only use the air from the main room, the kitchen had the damaged lights, the truth is I would not return to that house, the complex as such we liked it a lot and Mr. Bradlee responded a little quickly at times.

Book made a month in advance. Price-quality to me seems second to me considering that I have already stayed in Paradise Point but with other hosts. the reservation with Bradlee seemed solid. apparently my family would be the first to stay. with a week to the date of travel, Charlie, the co-host start communications with me, very punctual and friendly. I arrive the day of the trip and Charlie and I were squaring everything until I get to Paradise Point and after 20 minutes waiting at the security gate, I found the bitter news that I could not stay. apparently the property is not yet legally tied to the Host and belongs to someone else, so I couldn't access the place. Charlie doesn't know what was going on and I'm very painfully calling to tell me what happened. I have to resolve quickly in another Place so I don't miss the trip. AirBNB helped me with the case and they processed my refund. I don't understand how they offer a place that doesn't belong to them!
