Hernan’s place was the perfect getaway for a bachelorette! Firstly, it was extremely secure and private, the amenities were incredible, and the hosts and housekeeper were so kind. For a group of 10, it was spacious. The pool area was gorgeous, and so much fun. Luis stays onsite and was helpful, while Olga the housekeeper cleaned up for us daily so we were always with fresh sheets and towels. When we arrived, we had to wait a bit for the door to open but once contacted they were quick to let us in. The extra casita in the back felt a little secluded for the group, but is perfect for groups who may have people who want some private space. The bedrooms stayed cool and comfortable for a nights sleep. Hernan and team were also communicative leading up to our stay by giving us recommendations and arranging car services and a private chef. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Amazing property in a wonderful location just off Calle 7 in Veleta.

The house is secluded from Tulum, in a quiet and pleasant location. The house is very clean and matches the photos, the bedding is high quality, and the daily cleaning is very nice. Modern architecture and refined decoration. We had a lovely stay.

We had a great time at this pretty, peaceful and very comfortable villa. We enjoyed the location close to very nice restaurants!

Family had a great time plenty of space . Always clean and had staff near by to provide any assistance. Overall great place to stay with large family or friends.

It was worth every penny! I would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

The four-bedroom layout gave everyone plenty of room, while the open-concept kitchen was great for gathering and sharing meals. The pool and hot tubs were a huge highlight and made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The permanent staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always available to help while still respecting our privacy. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, safe, and well-maintained place to stay in Tulum, I highly recommend this property. We would definitely book again!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and host! It was the perfect stay for my bachelorette party of 6. We felt safe and well taken care of. The host helped with transportation and we had no issues. I will be back to this home hopefully sooner than later.

Villa Artur is simply beautiful. Special mention to the staff (especially Luis) for their welcome and the daily cleaning. The bedrooms are big and very comfortable.

Felt like home

This place is unbelievably beautiful and it’s a block from great restaurants and shopping. We hired their recommended chef, and the entire experience was incredible.

This was an incredible stay. The pictures only capture a fraction of how beautiful the property truly is. The daily housekeeping and morning coffee are truly a special touch. Hernan is incredibly responsive , helpful, and kind. Is a great choice for a group , each room has its own private bathroom and large bed. My whole group agreed we will be returning hopefully soon.
