Our multigenerational family had a great week using both houses on the property! We spent nearly all of our time outside enjoying the incredible views, pool and short walk to the ocean. There are two restaurants within walking distance (for those can manage steep hills and stairs) and we didn’t need a rental car. The house is well stocked and we appreciated using the pool/snorkel toys and beach chairs. Juan Carlos was very responsive and helpful, we booked a private tour and got taxis for a few outings easily.

Beautiful location, very convenient access to the beach. Loved the pool and the sleeping arrangements with multiple houses. Perfect for our group of 12 with kids!

The photos simply don’t do this property justice—you have to experience it in person to truly appreciate the breathtaking beauty of both the home and the view. Juan, our house manager, was incredible. He was always available, responding promptly 24/7, even on New Year’s Eve and Day. He went above and beyond to coordinate our activities, including rainforest and waterfall tours, horseback riding, a private chef, and in-house spa services—all of which we highly recommend. The costs were comparable to booking tours through private companies or dining out at restaurants, making it an excellent value. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, from beach towels and floaties to picnic mats. Our group of 10 friends rented both properties listed and had an unforgettable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

What a beautiful home! The views are epic and the home is wonderfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Our group of 10 had an amazing time. Juan Carlos arranged everything for us which made our trip stress free and full of amazing memories. Thank you Paige, Payton, Juan Carlos and Emilio for making this trip the best ever!

This house was just amazing!! The views were spectacular from every angle. Great restaurants near by. Juan was the best resource. He helped us book all of our excursions. Emilio helped with anything we needed and it was super comforting to know he was there. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was incredible-Way beyond expectations. Juan Carlos was amazing - super responsive and made all travel arrangements very easy. This was by far the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had and made my birthday so special. The whole group was blown away by this experience. At Juan Carlos’s recommendation we hired a private chef and bartender which was so delicious and the staff was fun to have around. This stay had the feel of having our private resort. Can’t recommend enough and will definitely be back!

What a stay! Beautiful view and house! We were a group of 10 and a large family celebrating Christmas and New Year’s. We had a fabulous vacation. Juan Carlos was the highlight of the trip because he made everything super easy. He helped to book all our transportation, Our tours and got us to town when we needed it. He was always on top of any of our requests. The host was also super responsive but we didn’t need for anything because the house was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the recommendation to have a chef and bartender for the day and getting out to zip lining. The path to the beach is awesome. Highly recommend this house and will be back.

We had an awesome stay here! Our group of 10 rented both the main house and the smaller villa and it was more than enough space to both have some privacy and enjoy our time together. The pool is absolutely perfect with outdoor bar & grill, and the walk to the beach is super easy and convenient! We didn't venture out too much, but the town is very close and accessible as well.

Amazing response and recommendations, we arrived directly to the airbnb with clear instructions from the house manager. The view looks way better in person than the pictures, the host and house manager are quick to reply and assist with any questions. Will return and book again!

This home was everything and more ! The master room was beyond beautiful with the view and amazing sunrises. It has everything you need , kitchen fully stocked and spacious. Juan Carlos was amazing from the beginning to end! he helped me plan my birthday step by step. He arrange a chef who cooked a delicious dinner for me and my group of 7. He was always attentive and helped us get around providing taxis and restaurants that he recommended. The maintenance was extremely great with Juan Carlos dad who made sure the pool and everything else was clean every single day of our stay. Thank you Payton and Paige for providing a clean and cozy stay with a tremendous services by both of them! Made my birthday unforgettable! Definitely recommend this place!

We can’t say enough about Juan and Emilio who took incredible care of our group. Juan answered multiple messages with questions prior to our arrival. He helped us arrange for an incredible chef and cocktail mixologist that we HIGHLY recommend. He went grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival and helped with airport transportation after Hertz totally flaked on our car reservation. The service was more than we ever expected. The home was clean, in a great location with an absolutely beautiful view. Emilio kept the pool clean and safe. Much appreciated all around! The value for what you get at this property is so well worth it!

We just stayed here for a large multi- family trip (7 adults and 5 kids) and rented both houses. It was wonderful! It’s very private and we had lots of room, and having the separate house allowed the adults without kids to also have space. We had everything in the kitchen we needed to make great meals. The view and pool were gorgeous, exactly as pictured. Relatively easy 5 minute walk to a fantastic beach (hill with stairs at start but otherwise flat and largely shaded). Beach has awesome tide pools, trees along the edge for shade, and was protected from huge waves so kids were able to swim. It’s surrounded by trees so heads up that despite owners regularly spraying for bugs we understandably had some tropical bug encounters. Juan Carlos (manager) was super friendly and responsive. He helped to arrange a chef to come for a lunch and dinner (amazing!) and he stocked the kitchen with basics before we arrived, and arranged a transfer to the airport. We would definitely stay again!

This house was amazing- breathtaking views, a pool and deck perfect for lounging or playing, lovely landscaping with lots of flowers, and a spacious living space in the house with lots to offer. From booking, to pre-planning activities (wonderful massages at the house!), arrival support and questions or minor maintenance issues- all were addressed smoothly, quickly and with a smile. Note: I would not recommend this house to those with young children due to a few architectural details on the 2nd floor that could create a falling hazard. Thank you Payton and Juan Carlos!
