Casa Junel is a nice place, very quiet, ideal for a weekend as a couple. Nelly took very good care of us and gave us important information about other types of accommodation she offers for an upcoming visit to the Cahuita area. We recommend Casa Junel.

A comfortable, quiet, safe place. My husband and I felt right at home, we rested very well. Grateful to Nelly for recommendations of places to visit and eat. Nelly is an excellent person, friendly and attentive. Great room, no complaint about anything. 1000% recommended.

The A/C does not work very well (not cold) and the pool was sometimes dirty (with bugs)

I’m so sorry to hear that. I personally went to check the AC unit and is working perfectly. I found out that you had it on the wrong settings, the temperature was 75 Fahrenheit wish is very high in order to cool down the room the temperature should be low at least 65 degrees. You should have tell me from the first day so I will help you and also when you checked in I told you that I’m here if anything comes up The pool gets clean every day , the insects in it is kind of hard to avoid because as you know it is raining season all over the country so the insects get on the pool through the wind and rain.

Room with everything you need, clean, quiet despite being close to the street. Nice place. The host is friendly and ready to cover needs that are presented.
