Chuck’s place was an awesome sanctuary in Cabo for us as first time visitors to the area. Haira was always responsive to our questions and needs and the condo is in the perfect location. We were able to just relax on the rooftop deck and hot tub or take part in the activities (SCUBA, fishing, beach…) around Cabo. Whether you want to have private quiet time or experience Cabo and Mexican culture just steps away, Chuck’s place is for you. We recommend Jo’s Garden and Mi Casa, just steps from the condo. Definitely will stay again!

Went in thinking I overpaid. Left thinking that I underpaid. You must stay here. Everything feels new, spotless, catered to your comfort. Hot tub clean, well maintained. Same with fire pit & grill (all easy to use). Terrace is as wonderful as in the pictures. Full kitchen had everything imaginable from shot glasses to blender, to big serving dishes…..any question I had, Haira responded within 5 minutes. (Trick to get outside hanging lights on but Haira will explain). TVs were all enormous. ACs worked wonderful. 6 units. 2nd master also had its own private balcony. Didn’t use W/D but its outside on terrace by grill. 2 secure parking spots with elevator. (When you get off elevator it’s just your unit & right there). Didn’t use pool. Wife used gym everyday. I used hot tub. Feels as safe as can be. Garage doors close plus security guard watching over things. We had a car but just uber which are $5 to town/marina (& takes like 3-4 mins). Could walk too. We did. Just do it!!!

Place was exactly as stated. Great for walking into town and getting around. Highly recommend. Great location and space for a group. We have an air bnb and would highly recommend this space. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony and conveniently close to the Marina, restaurants and bars. Area felt safe too.

We had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. The grocery store, restaurants and night life were all walkable if you can handle a steep hill on the way home, otherwise Uber is easy to request. We felt safe and it was a peaceful location with a beautiful view.

Honestly perfect space! It was a girls trip and we stayed here; perfect location and safe. Has a security guard for extra safety. Views are beautiful and space is clean! 10/10 recommend. Host is very responsive and accommodating.

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for our families. It was very walkable to town but would be difficult if you had mobility concerns just due to the hilly location. Uber is readily accessible. The Airbnb was large, clean and modern. The best feature was the gorgeous (huge) patio over looking the city and ocean. Unbelievable view!! The linens and towels were very fresh and clean, great cooking facilities and overall excellent amenities. There is a local coordinator who helps with entry into the Airbnb. She is responsive and friendly.

Amazing place!! Amazing views!! The hosts were very communicative and helped a lot with planning our bachelor trip!! Thanks for all the help with reservations and such!! We LOVED the place and it was really the best location right in the middle of the city!!

Haira was an amazing host and we greatly appreciated all of her prompt and informative instructions. The property itself was beautiful- we felt right at home and were within walking distance of some amazing restaurants and night life. The views are amazing and the private patio is perfect for winding down and relaxing. Thank you again Haira for making our Cabo vacation so memorable! We will definitely be returning from Canada next winter. We hope to be able to stay in this beautiful penthouse suite again!

Chuck's condo is outstanding! The space is stunning, spacious, and offers some of the most incredible views of Cabo. It's perfectly located just steps away from restaurants, the marina, and shopping—everything you could need. The condo is spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all essentials. All you have to do is bring yourself, a suitcase, and sunblock to relax and enjoy! Highly recommend it, and I can’t wait to return!

Great spot up the hill a bit outside the main drag but still completely walkable. House had beach towels, some chairs and a cooler which was great for travelers. As an adult group we appreciated the ample bathrooms. Kitchen has plenty for cooking. Great deck and you can see the bay and fire work displays easily.

Excellent place to stay, awesome view and it’s near to the town.
