Nice place with a big porch and a great view of the beach and the ocean. Very quiet area.

The place is beautiful and the beach is very peaceful and for you. You can rest a lot and enjoy the nature. You can move easily to Placencia or Seine Bight or Maya Beach just to visit restaurants and enjoy some coffee. Edwardo is an excellent host and helps you with everything. The housekeeping service is a great added value from de apartment. I recommend to stay in Wild Orchid always.

Pictures are accurate. Nothing but sand between you and the water. Apartment is on second floor with huge porch, hence the amazing view. Rooftop deck too. First floor has two small units and office. Huge sandy back yard and beach is a mix of shade and sun. hammock, lounge chairs, cabana, picnic table, kayaks, bikes, paddle boards for use. Grounds team keeps the sand spotless. On site staff super helpful. Like being at a private resort but for just a handful of people. Unit has full kitchen, but doesn’t seem people actually cook much (no spices or oil) but there are knives, cutting board etc. Drinking water provided. Three bathrooms and AC in each BR and LR kept it very comfortable even in sweltering heat. One bed very firm, others on the firmer side. Very quiet location. There is one expat/tourist bar on the corner and one a short walk. we mostly went to places down the peninsula. Taxi into town is about BZ$30. Biking is 3miles along the edge of the road. 15-25 min depending

Our stay at Wild Orchid was extremely enjoyable. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds, hot water, and a wonderful location. The outdoor beach area was very well taken care of, relaxing, with very few biting sand gnats. The staff was extremely helpful, always smiling. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

My 3 adult daughters and I had a wonderful week at Wild Orchid!! We spent early mornings and late afternoons birding on the porch, enjoying more than 25 species of birds. The beach was lovely for walking or snorkeling, or soaking up the sun. We biked or used our golf cart, to enjoyed the pier, snorkeling, and exploring the restaurants in town. Our monkey river trip, Cockscomb sanctuary hike and Silk Caye snorkeling excursions added great adventures to our trip. The staff at Wild Orchid was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We’ll be back!!

Great location, beautiful surroundings, exactly as described, and very quiet and relaxing. We had an issue and the staff worked hard to fix it.

The beachfront location of Wild's place is beyond gorgeous. There is nothing between you and the ocean except sand, trees, and the area containing kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels for your stay. The location is perfect, close enough to town that you can bike there, but far enough that you have real privacy and quiet. Highly recommend! ❤️

Amazing place near a great beach. Apartment is excellent for a family.

We had a wonderful stay at our airbnb. we rented the top floor with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as the 1 bedroom directly below. The staff were all very helpful and gracious and helped us feel at home. We appreciated all their daily work to keep the beachfront looking beautiful, housekeeping and laundry services when we requested and immediate attention to any questions or minor issues. The location is between Placencia to the South and then high end resorts to the North such as Sirenian Bay and Naia to name a few, so you have many options. If you are renting a golf cart, there are 2 Captain Jaks locations: 1 in Placencia and 1 by Sirenian Bay. They were also great to work with and handled a broken down cart by giving a new one right away and taking care of the other. We fished a lot, used the kayaks and paddle boards daily (staff will help you if needed) and biked to town one day. We really enjoyed The Flying Pig kiddie corner to the house. They have something going on daily.

Wild Orchid was a lovely place to stay! We loved the private beach and rooftop deck! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained! The condo was lovely, and the hosts were responsive. The indoor/outdoor main living area and kitchen were nice; the indoor area is cozy, so the outdoor area was much appreciated! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and offered plenty of space for 3 families/couples! The staff were amazing!! We very much enjoyed our stay!!

This place was wonderful for our family! We arrived early and it was a quick and easy check in. The location can not be beat with a pristine empty beach right out out balcony door. The access to paddleboards and kayaks was awesome too! There was access to laundry on site, and they provided a large 5 gallon jug of drinking water in the rental. Drive was about 5 minutes into town. Only con were the mattresses, they were pretty hard and stiff.
