Awesome stay!

We were attending a wedding at the hotel next door so the location was perfect (a short walk). Pool and outside area was great, Tatiana and house staff very helpful - but a note that they do live on site. Felt very safe and communication with host was easy

Amazing Airbnb! Everything is so cute and clean. Great place for photo opportunities & large dining room table for over 10 people. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. And the house staff was very nice, helpful, and took care of our large group the entire time :) Only thing is that the listing says 5 beds, but one of the beds is a pull out couch in one of the rooms

We found this place on Airbnb for a friend's wedding, and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home and the extremely helpful staff who accommodated the property. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a safe, beautiful oasis located close to downtown Cabo.

Great place, located at Punta Ballena, with a lot of restaurants and places to visit near by.. The house's staff were great and made us feel like home.. Absolute recommend this place.

Casa Eva was amazing. The house looks like something out of a movie. There is a koi pond in the front hall. Beautiful views from the 2nd floor master. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. Gorgeous zero-entry pool and spa. Area is very safe and secure. The house is located in a quiet gated community. You must drive through 2 gates that are secured 24 hours a day. Tatiana and Fernando, the couple that care for the house were very kind. Tatiana took care of our laundry and cleaned. Fernando helped empty kitchen garbage, set up charcoal grill, and maintain the property. The house is 10 minutes from Chilerno beach, which was great for swimming. The house is a short drive to Cabo San Lucas. My family of 3 adults and 3 kids-15,12, and 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Rene was very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a house in Cabo.

We had the BEST time on our girls trip at Casa Eva! The house is located within the beautiful Esperanza resort grounds which made this private home feel SO safe! We were within walking distance to Esperanza restaurants and pools but also just a short Uber ride away from downtown Cabo. The pool was fantastic, beds were so comfortable and it was so nice that every bedroom had its own adjoining bathroom. The staff members were incredible - never in the way, but always around to help keep things clean and tidy or answer any questions we had about the house. We had a private chef come for several meals, and they helped show them where everything was/package up leftovers. Rene was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us before and during our stay with things like private chef recommendations, grocery shopping/stocking, restaurant suggestions and airport transportation. He is the BEST! We couldn't stop raving about this house and hope to return for our next trip!

was the perfect spot for 4 guys to stay while enjoying Cabo golf courses. lots of space, private and perfect location. I would recommend.

Our Girl group had a Fantastic time! Owner Rene was very responsive. Helped us in arranging activities, transportation etc. it’s a 5 star stay with Tatiana and Fernando making delicious breakfast and keeping the house in perfect condition. Loved the house and the location!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Eva. The house is beautiful and very well maintained and clean. The pool and hot tub were great (the pool is a little cold but you can heat it for an additional cost whereas the hot tub you can heat whenever at no extra cost and it was great!). The rooms are all very comfortable with great bathrooms. I felt very safe and peaceful there. Fernando and Tatiana were available for any assistance we needed and to give great local recommendations but are never in the way and you barely notice they are there. I had multiple people checking in on me via text as well and ready to help with anything we needed. We also had a 1 year old with us and he enjoyed the space as well! There were a few baby items that were listed in the accommodations that they did not immediately have on hand (high chair was broken, no bath tub) but they were very quick to get me any items I needed. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back!
