What a heavenly place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. The place is very clean and very well appointed. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. With the lady who cleans every day, it's like a cross between a rental house and a hotel. The hostess, Emanuele, is very friendly and responds quickly to our questions while being very discreet, which makes us feel immediately at home. She also helped us plan our day in Ometepe. In addition to this activity, we spent one day visiting the Mombacho volcano + the city of Granada and another day at the Masaya volcano + the Masaya public market. As for restaurants, there are many excellent choices within walking distance. Our kids really enjoyed the 99 Surf Lounge and the Oasis. The Saturday night BBQ at Café con leche is a must (thank you, Marc, for the delicious food). The place is perfect for our family with teenagers, and I felt completely safe.

Spaceous and beautiful.

Such an amazing place to stay! Emanuele was such a good host and provided us with a lot of local recommendations. The house itself was clean and comfortable. there was also a lot of space to hang out on the property. Great to relax after surfing.

Emanuele's place was paradise. We loved every moment of our stay. We were two couples with two teenage boys and we had plenty of space. The house was roomy with a fully functional kitchen. We spent most of our time on the outside front deck and the grounds which were beautifully maintained. It was very hot during our stay but we were able to stay cool with the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night, the pool and the ocean! It was a nice bonus to have someone clean the house daily. We loved the proximity to the markets, multiple yoga studios, Beginner's Bay for surfing and so many quaint and delicious restaurants/cafes. The beach right in front of the property is so quiet and the waves are huge and playful. We loved playing in the waves daily. Emanuele is a fantastic host. She coordinated all of our transportation to and from the Liberia airport, organized two days with an in-house chef which was next level delicious and provided so many recommendations. We highly recommend!!

Emanuel was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly from beginning to end. Everything was absolutely perfect, it was pure Paradise for the whole family. We travelled with our young kids, and they absolutely loved it. I would definitely go back and recommend without a doubt. Thank you!!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful beachfront rental! The home is spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing, you can hear the soothing sound of the waves from inside, which made it feel like a true escape. The location is perfect, with a charming neighborhood that’s great for walking and exploring. The hosts were very welcoming and kind, but also gave us complete privacy throughout our stay. Everything about this place made for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Had an AMAZING stay at Playa Poderosa! The entire property and house was incredible! Just a short walking distance away from both the Rancho Santana surf break and Magnific rock / beginner's bay. Very clean and cleaned daily by staff. A night watchman was there every night and the onsite maintenance guy Marlon was great help whenever needed. Manu is a great host, very friendly and very quick to respond if needed. The pool was great to jump in after a day of surfing or exploring. There are a couple of small food markets, a surf shop, a couple of moto rentals shops, and plenty of places to eat all within walking distance. I would definitely advise renting a motorbike to get around though, made things much quicker and more fun. We will definitely be back for another stay!
